I will be showing you the beautiful marshes swamps and bayous of Southeast Louisiana along with its bounty! Louisiana has a strong culture with its family and food. So I will be sharing that with you. I had an auto repair shop for 30 years, so I will be showing some repair tips too!

I change my knock sensor and it came back on
Hello.. These systems can be very frustrating. Did you reset the computer with a scanner after you installed the sensor? Also sometimes the problem can be the wiring to the sensor. They sell a harness that is re routed to not pick up vibration and trip a code.

I had a buddy that use to have a camp in Empire, about 10min from the launch. I don’t even know if it’s still there, or if he rebuilt after Katrina. It was really close to where you would enter Grand Pass to go out to the Gulf. It was the only camp out there at the time. I’m wondering if that’s the old camp? It certainly looks like it! I spent many nights in that camp if it’s the same one. Back in 95-05

Hello from Florida once again! 🌴Going to try fishing on the beach in the am Kelly…bringing my arsenal of plastic and swim baits. Target species will be snook but won’t throw back any trout or slot reds if I catch them. Snook season doesn’t open here until Sept 1st but they are fun to catch. Glad you caught a few to bring home….I hate getting skunked. 😂 enjoyed the video ole boy. Hope you have a great weekend. 👍🇺🇸🙏

Looks like a deep dropoff at that beach. 3:40 I thought that was a shark circling 🦈. The catfish were out that day, too bad that trout wasnt the size of the gaftop and vice versa. Great video
@@LaYakFishing Yes it is a substantial drop off . Last time I came to this area they have definitely sharks because one of them ate my gaftop lol . I normally would go out to my waist, but after that, I wasn’t gonna do it. Thanks buddy!!

This is the Pointe aux Chenes WMA on the Montegut side. There are some piers around the WMA that you can just drive up to and crab from without a boat. No sir I don’t charter.. I just get lucky sometimes lol. Thanks for watching!! 🦀🦀

Lookin good Kelly……I’ll be right over via Florida. 😂 when I was in Louisiana a couple of months ago I could not get over how. Much they were charging for a dozen boiled crabs. $52.00 per dozen for #1….lol I remember back in the day you couldn’t give crabs away. Same with red fish…..back in the 60’s.

@@youroutdoors5453It was the Pointe aux Chenes wma but different place from where I went last time . If you google Montegut boat launch. It’s on 55 Montegut road tiny little launch right off road. Go left out the boat launch under the bridge and just head towards the levee in the first Pier you come to you could probably see it on Google maps that’s where I was.Thanks for watching buddy!! 🦀🦀🦀
