You need to have at least one other pack on the map that is led by one of your dispersed pups. this will be easiest with "newly-formed" packs.
If you don’t have any:
- Although pups can disperse at any time, as soon as you hit “Growing Pups” - “Young Hunters”, keep killing one of the 2 leaders in every rival pack. I recommend a ratio of 2/3 males because they are more likely to disperse unless you have way more female dispersals on the map (I go into more detail how to force dispersals to create/join a pack in my other video).
