My setup is; VR Meta Quest 3 + TP-Link ARCHER AX1800 TX20E PCIE wi-fi antenna + Router Modem TP-Link AX1800 EX20V (I write that down so google algorithm can use it for search stuff) It has laggs, constantly frame and resolution drops now it is seamless, works incredibly great I've tried everything and coudln't fix it, it was so annoying but now with this solution I can't stop playing with my VR. I want to thank you dear internet jesus you saved me :)

thanks for attempt, but it didnt help me. i got RX6900XT, i do remember i got SteamVR working before but at some point what happens is, once I turn VR headset on and start SteamVR PC reboots... it SUCKS

Do you know why some of my games like beat saber and devour didnt lauch in vr?? devour looks like mode cinema or something like that.. Others like fallout 4 vr and firewatch vr mod launch in vr without problems

I have a laptop with a 4070 running a quest 3 through a link cable and can maintain a solid 90 fps in half-life: Alyx. But the game was always stuttering horribly and I couldn’t figure out why… followed these steps and now the game runs buttery smooth!

Wow great! I had a big problem with stuttering on the ZACCARIA PINBALL VR game on Steam VR (with VIRTUAL DESKTOP). In this type of game, micro cuts are unforgiving. I followed your explanations and it's much better! awesome !

It didnt help. When i play an HLA MOD the game is slowing and pausing, and it fades in and out of the game, still.
