Dandy gave them matching bracelets and didn't tell them they have ichor in them bcz his plan was for them to be twisted they were holding hands then BAM they exploded dandy was satisfied.. Sad part:the ichor went on to cosmos head and into sprouts lungs thats why he cant talk and say anything Hes trying to say cosmo... Why:See if u get 100% on them u get bracelets and if u make them be connected they represent dandys head. Dandy was not always the villain it was his handler or dandy was always the villain.. Thats why they are twisteds...

My theory is Just That when Cosmo was Baking And Cosmo said "Sprout Can you get me some Eggs For the Cake?" Sprout said "Sure!" While Sprout was Going to get it He saw a Black Egg But he picked it up Cause He Thought it was normal And thought somebody painted it He still took it anyways Without any suspicion When Cosmo cracked the egg open it landed on Cosmo's eyes and sprout said "Cosmo are you okay?!" Cosmo said "Well.. A Little Bit. It hurts." After Cosmo put in all the ingredients Sprout decided to eat the cake But Cosmo Also Got infected While Sprout Couldn't talk Very well anymore After that Sprout hided from Cosmo He was trying to say "HELP!" but instead said "Help.." Nobody heard Him but then Cosmo was still able to control his Body And said "sprout..?" Sprout said "Cosmo Your not infected..?" Cosmo said "I only have a few minutes To Live..." Then they Held Hands To match the bracelet Before they died and turned twisted

The were making cookies and they accidentally burned the house down and they didnt make it out so they became burnt like the cookies:(

My theroy is that while they were extracting they saw the other twisteds so they got scared they ran, and then they got into a dead end, they held hands and then cosmo said "If this is the end i love you! " they kissed and sprout said it back they gripped theyre hands tighter and closed theyre eyes as the twisted came closer with a capsule full of ichor

My theory is that Sprout and Cosmo were holding hands as protection and they came across a twisted and Sprout lifted his hand in a protection way and told Cosmo to run and Cosmo was resisting but eventually ran in tears and hid somewhere, then the machines were finished and Cosmo ran to the elevator and noticed sprout wasn’t there and soon he saw sprout run towards the elevator but it was too late as it closed in Sprout having Cosmo in tears again and a couple floors later he saw sprout twisted and walked back slowly and scared and he tripped and as sprout came closer he said “S-Sprout” as his last words because shortly after he was impaled my Sprout’s inchor spike killing them as sprout threw their body on the ground

My idea is that Dandy threw ichor at them whilst they where both together. Why you ask? The twisted marks on them, specifically their hands, are opposite, like holding hands. And adding on, I think sprout tried to defend cosmo as Sprout is nearly entirely covered in ichor, unlike cosmo who only had it to the face and right hand

So dandy gave them friendship bracelets (which explodes if the flower [dandy] makes a whole),sprout and cosmo thought that they were harmless,so one day they were holding hands,and then..the flower charms connected and made a full flower,and that caused the bracelets to explode since the charms were full of ichor,the ichor splashed all over them,making them corrupted by it,you can also see that their hands are covered by ichor,like sprouts left hand is full on covered unlike his other hand,same with cosmo,the ichor is only on his right,not left

My theory is based off of some others… My theory is that, yes. The bracelet did explode with ichor. But the reason that Cosmo has so much less of it is because Sprout noticed it would explode, and pushed Cosmo away. Vee became twisteds bc of a growth spurt 💀💀🙏

My Theory is that they were running away from another twisted and got cornered and they held eachothers hand while getting attacked and thats why they have ichor sprout has ichor on his left hand and cosmo on his right hand and then cause sprout is a main dandy experimented with him (thats also my theory for why the mains are bigger and stronger) and also i got cosmo and sprout on the same floor 1 time :)

If it wasn’t the actual reason how they twisteds, my theory is… Sprout and cosmo were exaughsted, but a twisted was coming after them. Since they couldn’t run anymore, they held hands and accepted their fate. That’s how their hands ended up covered with ichor

My fact: i think its because: they were baking some cupcakes and they accidentally heat the oven too much, and they were taking a rest while holding hands, after a few hours, the oven exploded I was lazy so i made it short and ik my theory is dumb :)
