I've made the drive to Chicago from Toronto once on a whim because me and my oldest brother had a rental car and we decided to put on some miles before we returned it. To be honest, I don't think we understood the concept of how charge by kilometres back then, I don't know if it was or flat rate to be honest, but the drive was quite gruelling as I remembered it. It was a straight shot but what made it challenging was I just got off work and did the whole drive there and had 1 scary moment when I dozed off and we almost went off the road had it not been for those rumble strips. This was in my 20s so I don't think it's possible at my age now. This was before crossboarder travel required a password so to give you context on when it was., I kind of want to do another road trip similar circumstances because I have a lease vehicle going back to the dealer so this is a one last hooray.

After making this trip several times myself, it's good to see that nothing has changed, and you come to peace with yourself and simply accept that the endless miles of construction will forever be part of the experience on this trip.

Driving across Canada from Vancouver ends in Toronto. What foolishness. You are just past the halfway mark. Thankfully you have gotten through the boring parts east of the Rockies. To complete the trip you have to continue north-east down the awesome St. Lawrence River then east passing St. Louis du Ha! Ha! (the community holding the world record for the most exclamation marks in its name) and through the magnificently beautiful Atlantic Provinces, the northern end of the Appalachian Mountains, until you get to St. Johns Newfoundland where you can enjoy watching the sunrise earlier than anywhere else in the Americas. You have done a great job so far but it is only half done. The really good parts are yet to come.

Im so hate on Google Maps. We actually can road trip through the Canada. There's so many road to Vancouver or Toronto. But in Maps we should get road trip through USA. That's so troublesome. We should have a passport, checking into security, and we arrived on Canada again. But we do the same thing again. Maps is little bit and entirely so SUCKS!!
