One of my Most Useful Builds so far, Incredible Idea, plus I saved Thousands
In this video I try to make an artifact or tool that I didn't think was possible to make out of wood. I've been designing this for a while now, it's one of the few projects where I've made a prototype to see how it works and perfect it. The end result is a super functional tool that can do what it's supposed to do, and it's also super stable, for those who may ask.

Просмотров 4,8 тыс.Месяц назад
One of the most complex woodworking joint that exists, apparently this joint was designed by Abraham Lincoln with the intention that both pieces would never separate or move up or down, it is a joint that requires a lot of precision, and if you see it assembled it seems impossible to do, the geometry does not work, but in the video I explain the trick behind the joint, if you try to do it you w...

Building a Japanese style bench with old rotten wood
Просмотров 98 тыс.Год назад
These boards were in the ground receiving water and sun for years and the fact that there is wood left intact despite the conditions they were in tells me that there is good wood behind the dirt, in the end, I managed to get many pieces, but I had to add three of my own because some parts were either knots or rotten. The furniture is Japanese style with tricky joinery, this is one of the best a...

Making a table top FIRE PIT (Extended version, no talking)
Просмотров 711Год назад
In this video I decided to make something modern and functional, something that I couldn't get out of my mind since my mom gave me the idea, a portable fire pit. This has been one of my favorite projects because it looks great and is also functional. In the end, the fire pit came out a little heavier than I though, 40lbs or so, but it is still portable haha. This is the link of the plans: www.c...
From trash wood to a unique piece of art, recycling old wood

In this video, I decided to reuse a couple of boards that were hidden in my yard for 7 years, one of which had a broken edge that gave me an idea to try something new. I made the top using white and gray cement, reinforcing it with a mesh, I also used Japanese joints to make the legs of the table, I sanded the top with 220 grit sandpaper to expose more of the combination and finished with 400 s...

This is an experiment to find the best combination and thickness of cement to create the marble effect, making something useful a Cement Weight that has several functions, very interesting. Also, I recommend letting the cement dry in some...

Angle your plane slightly, so that the blade is not square on to the direction of the cut and you will get a better result with less effort. Think guillotine blade action!

This is the best video on making discs!! Tip: you should have weighed the materials in two bags and not mixed them, with the aim of making two mixtures at once, one more liquid with finer sand for a better finish on the outer faces and another with more stones for the inner part. You do not mention whether, once dry, the discs weigh what they indicate. It is very important to use something to vibrate the concrete, you can also use a rubber hammer and tap it lightly around, especially on the bottom cover.

Thank you, yeah you need to be very precise weighing the dry mix and that’s not that hard, and with the water you just need to have a measurement that’s it.

It's only concrete, you just make sure you're half a pound over and grind it off the flat side after it's made to make it very accurate or at least as accurate as your scales, that's how i did mine when i made some aluminium ones.
