      Speedy Roo Motorsports did the initial Dino tune, I’m currently running a tune from Dizzy tuning. Dizzy tune is a little more conservative, last tune I would see 1-2 knocks in cylinder 1 per pull. The occasional knock with the dizzy tune.

    For some reason I don't understand but when I watch videos of the BC coilers being installed on fiesta STS the rear adjuster seems to be on the bottom of the spring instead of on the top which one is it cuz you are installing them on the top as opposed to everybody else I need to know where I can find the truth

      Huh, I never noticed that. I just did some looking around on other videos and most of them the adjusters are on the bottom like you said. There is one guy, ST-eph red racing who puts the adjuster on the top like I did. BC Racing does give you an instruction booklet and there is a diagram with the adjuster on top of the spring and that's what I went with. I'll see if I can upload a photo of it for you. Edit: I can't upload a photo to the comments but the adjuster is on top in the diagram of the instructions that come with the coilovers. Hope that helps!

      Factory power is 198 hp and 202tq. Those figures are at the crank.

      Here is a link to a car and driver review of a 2017 Ford Fiesta ST in stock format. They claim 197HP and 202TQ, this type of confusion happens all the time with "claimed" power numbers from the factory. Same thing happened with the new Toyota Yaris GR, they claimed like 230ish hp and 260ish tq.       @@RoyalyDrunk ok but what my initial statement was saying is that I don’t see a difference between your turbo set up vs a stock application. It seems the same. X47r pulls strong and yours seems to pull like a factory FIST.

      @@miggyv6856 alright, I can see that. So the x58 is a completely different turbo than the stock or x47 turbo. The x47 turbo retains the stock housing it is just bored out on the inlet and exhaust sides of the turbo and fitted with larger turbines. Those turbos spool quicker than the x58, where the x58 really spools is around the 4000rpm range and I get wheel spin around 5000 rpm. It may not look like it pulls hard in the video but it is really noticable in the seat. I chose this turbo over the x47 because of the supported power differences. The x58 can handle around 420hp and the x47r can handle around 350hp

    Great video! I wanna put the same coilovers to my regular fiesta, but I want to maintain the stock height (regular cars should be higher that STs), do you think I can get them up to the stock height? Also, how is the ride quality of the car? Personally I am looking for a sport oriented but still comfortable road setup, can these coilovers do that?

      Thank you! You should be able to get close to the stock height. The rear coilovers don't have as much adjustment as the fronts but it should still be close to the height that you would want. These coilovers have a dampening and rebound knob on the top of them, I'm not quite sure how soft they will go. There is a 30 way click adjustment for the stiffness, my fronts are set at 10 clicks from the softest setting and the rears are 12 clicks from the softest setting. They are pretty stiff compared to stock and it's much harsher over bridge expansions and pot holes, however the ride is much better on concrete highways, not so bouncy. Also the handling of the car in corners is greatly improved, hardly any body roll. For an alternative, Bilstein makes struts for the fiesta that are better than the stock struts. They have springs as well but I believe they will lower your ride height by just under 1 inch. There are plenty of options out there even for the regular Fiesta!

    Great review, just wish that clunking wasn’t there when you were driving slow… great build. Is there a lot of turbo lag?

      Sorry about the clunking. I had my GoPro mounted to the dash and didn't have a shock mount for it. There is some turbo lag, it really comes on strong around 4500rpm.

      I have tried launching the car, I dumped the clutch too quick and snapped the bolt that mounts the transmission to the rear motor mount. Haven't tried since then lol. I haven't tried brake boosting or flat foot shifting. I mainly take the car up in the mountains and cruise the canyons

      @Joe Thomas I have the Pumaspeed quick spool manifold in the smaller diameter. The turbo starts spooling around 3000 rpm but the boost doesn't really hit until 4500 rpm.       @Joe Thomas It gets anywhere from 34-36 mpg on average which is better than stock, and the EPA wants to ban aftermarket parts lol.

    This is a very good turbo mine spool up at 3000rpm and get lot of toque steer when I put my foot down and this turbo is not good for 450hp it’s good for 420hp witch the wight of this car still very good and will out run most cars on the road

      @X58evo2 Puma my mistake about the hp numbers you are correct. It is 420hp for the turbo, the engine I have been looking at is good for 450hp. Just got the numbers mixed up. My turbo spools at 3k rpm it just doesn't seem to pull hard at that rev. Maybe it is the way my tuner tuned it or the fact that I'm a mile(1.6km) above sea level. That could also be why I don't have any torque steer.

      Hello RED Racing, anywhere from 20-25psi. My tuner said it was around the 20psi mark and the access port is reading 25psi at the highest. Thanks for the comment!👍

      @@RoyalyDrunk it is a soft map, for internals stock. it's good. I'm asking because I upgraded from the X47R to the X58Evo2 this summer. The pumaspeed MAP gave a lot of pressure on my car, even the soft map (28 / 29psi)if i use the stock solenoïde, but I can reduce it because I have a very complete boost controler (with an independant solenoïde). And precisely I try to be at 1.7bars (25PSI) in peak max and 1.5bars (21 / 22psi) stab

      @RED Racing I am still using the stock boost solenoid. I don't know too much about those so I thought I would just stick with what the car came with. Sounds like your fiST is a real weapon on track! I watched your video on the quick spool manifold and that is what sold me on buying one too.

    Did you do a review of that turbo yet? I just grabbed a whoosh hybrid and ported manifold. Probably 2 months out on recieving though. Glad the brakes worked out.

      I use a brake tool with different inserts for different manufacturers in a pinch you may be able to use something that will act like a spanner wrench in the depressions of the face of the piston.

      @@RoyalyDrunk just watch as you spin that it is recessing vs. poking further out. I honestly cant remember if it was clockwise or counter clockwise. You'll see it start to pull itself back in.

      I'm liking the turbo so far, had my car on the dyno and tuned on Friday. I'll do an update later on when I drive it some more. It is making 305whp and 292 lb/ft of torque at the wheels, and that is at altitude on 91oct
