During our recent trip to New York, we once again visited Niagara Falls. This time we went to the Canadian side and checked it out, as well as the Clifton Hill area, and the Winter Festival of Lights.

On our last cruise, which stopped in Roatan, Honduras, we booked an excursion to Gumbalimba Park. Gumbalimba Park is a privately owned preservation park, located on the western side of the island, and is approximately a 30 minute vehicle ride from the main cruise port in Roatan, and the city of Coxen's Hole. The park offers a beautiful botanical garden, with over 200 species of plants and trees...

We had a fun evening visiting the South Carolina State Fair with our sons Dalton and Bryan (aka Bug). We enjoyed seeing all of the exhibits and animals, as well as finding lots of great things to eat!
