Another "dangerous" mine that he prepares to enter. I have commented before about your now old intro being the best of all the miners, but now sadly😢not so much, but definitely still subscribed, watching, liking and honestly commenting.

The intro was cool I like that. I haven't watched anything from the channel in a bit, nothing on my feed. That sucks about the shoulder man. A friend of mine just had that surgery 2 weeks ago. He's healing up pretty good. I believe he went back to work. He can't use the arm much though.

Your son has got some serious talent! That's a great intro! I just love how you documented all of this cool stuff, and people leave negative comments on what you shouldn't do. I've taken my Black Lab into mines in the past (he's only interested in staying by my side) where he's less likely to get hurt, and he's still kicking at 15 years old! I hope you recover from your injury soon!

Track and ties

I've seen this mine before. I think that the machine you saw was an air chugger. In the mine I worked at would mount them to the floor and drag materials with it. It ran off of compressed air so we would run pipe and hose to the air chugger.

Sometime the dynamite boxes will have dates on them

You should carry a short rope or paracord. Just a small rope can be a great help.

Can you look at the ore and try to determine what they are mining?

The track nails are called spikes.

Watch out for rattle snakes in the first 40' inside the mines. I would make noise going into the mine thinking there could be a mtn lion or bears inside.

If you measure the width of the drill hole will give you an idea on the age of the mine. 7/8 to 1" would mean that they hand drilled the holes.

It’s not bad man. But you gotta work on keeping the light in the middle of the screen and keeping the filming wherever the light goes. On several occasions you’re filming without a light and the viewer just sees blackness in the middle of the screen.

That ground looks to be covered with volcanic rock.😊

That top hole with the wall at the end was probably built by the miners to stop anybody accidently falling into the deeper hole, there are good examples of that sort stuff here in the UK in Cornwall
