Investing With Home Equity | How It Works
where does money go when you sell and how long must you wait ???
It goes back into your brokerage account. There’s two trading days wait for the money to be accessible for redrawing though but that’s standard.
Thanks. Thats the cash account with broker
Thanks for the breakdown! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
?
My credit is good but I'm still not approved for some reason🤷♂️
What does the app say is the issue?
@SageFinance it said we couldn't approve you due to your credit history so basically I got good credit just no history and nobody will give me a chance to have a history🤷♂️
@@SageFinance it said it couldn't approve me Due to my credit history So I got good credit but I just don't have no history and nobody would give me a chance🤷♂
How about instead: 1) Buy now, pay now, or 2) Don't buy, save it. I find that this technique reduces the need for your app.
Yeah i don’t use any of these BNPL apps.

The fees aren’t worth it
@@marcussurleyadventures1928 it’s quite expensive. What do you prefer? IVV?
The fees aren’t worth it
Yeah they’re quite expensive. What ETFs do you prefer?
@ low cost vanilla ETF ivv 40%, veu 30% , A200 20%, AAA 10%. If i wanted buy a satellite ETF on the next correction, to compliment my core, it would be QLTY
@@marcussurleyadventures1928 Yeah that’s a nice spread. I’m thinking of A200 and BGBL going forward instead of VAS/VGS.
❤
Is this your go to growth etf?
Their best etf
👍
Consistently outperforming the S&P500
Yeah it’s done well
What about pn hotels, will the hotel still honor the 4 payment method for stay
If they offer it as a payment option they should honour it. Did you try this?
i dont have pay later button ?
When you go to check out of an online store?
Just wondering if there is any danger of your money getting stuck in your super if legislation changes?
Can never say never with the government changing rules but they would hopefully give plenty of notice. You need to let the ATO know when you’ve signed the contract to buy a house otherwise they can put out back in super after you’ve taken out our. I’m currently doing this now as our contract signing has been delayed. We get 2 years though to sign after pulling the money out. 1 year with 1 year extension.
Why do I have buying power of 930 and it’s still asking for my debit card I’m just trying to use the buying power at checkout
It would be for the ongoing repayments after you’ve made the purchase
@ thank you bro!
perpay is the worst one tho
Did you have a bad experience with it?
@ no i haven’t used it but they tax way too much for things. like a ps5 certain models are going for 375 n they want you to pay 700 in 10 payments like wtf ?
klarna is the best i love you klarna ❤
Nice! Do you use it a lot?
yea its a very good service thay doesn’t discriminate based on a credit score and their app is good. all my purchases i’ve done always go through and i’ve never had a problem with anything 10/10 would recommend if used wisely to ur advantage

Let me know if you use VGT for growth in your portfolio
Software heavy but that’s where the high margins are 👌
Seems to keep outperforming - lower operating costs
It’s had really good growth
Yeah great returns!
This approach adds more debt rather than converting existing non-deductible debt into tax-deductible debt. Therefore, it’s not debt recycling-it’s simply "using home equity for investing," which essentially means borrowing money to invest and it is a no, no, no, never, never, never... Debt recycling, on the other hand, focuses on converting a portion of your existing non-deductible debt into tax-deductible debt without increasing the total amount owed. For example, if you come into a lump sum of money-whether through savings, inheritance, selling an investment property, or receiving a bonus-you could use it to pay down a portion (or split) of your home loan. Then, you immediately redraw that same amount to invest in income-generating assets like ETFs or an investment property. This way, the interest on the "paid and redrawn" portion of your home loan becomes tax-deductible while your total debt remains the same.
That’s exactly how it’s been described though… You have to pay down a chunk of the mortgage and redraw it initially to get the investment loan portion then start paying off the non tax deductible portion.
Pretty consistent returns with little volatility
Yeah it’s good 👍
Better than using debt!
Yep 👍
Great growth fund
Yeah nice returns
Pretty useful getting it immediately when signing up
Great to hear!
Most of their funds have low fees so they’re pretty good
Yeah 👍

How to unlock the payments option
@@abairgoodman8045 it should appear when you go through checkout and select your payment plan
