I took my vintage track bike to the mountains
Ive ridden this a bike quite a bit but this was the first proper rip Ive been able to do. She still needs some love but overall I was pretty impressed with how well it handled considering the age.

Buell xb vs Kawasaki zx10 Mountain Run

BUELL XB9SX vs GSXR 600 FULL THROTTLE CANYON CARVING

Oh boy motorcycles are fun! Here we have a great example of torque vs horsepower and how when it gets tight, 40 extra hp isnt everything. The road we are on is one of the most exciting and dangerous roads I've ridden. Miles of hairpins with a healthy supply of gravel to keep you on your toes. Please forgive the subpar audio quality and ride safe yall.

Ooohhhhhhh just listen to the growl of that buell over the high pitched whining of the gsxr plus if you didnt know, buells have front disc brakes the size of the rim itself🤯 they're made for this type of route.

That's how you ride on unfamiliar roads and blind corners, you got to have a margin if the corner tightens up, when you can see the exit then you can clip the apex.

Stop harrasaing that Gixxer in the corners, he's out of his element. He might flip that into A and high side that 4 banger coming out of a corner.... and then you'll have to help your buddy out of the weeds.

Buells are not Harleys, no Harley ever reved to 7500rpms This gen. engine is all Buell development. then let Harley have some of its tec in 04' for the Sportster. Harley bought the company and then Ducati. Stupid money management killed them off. Eric Buell has since restarted the company and uses engines developed with rotax.

It's cute how you think horsepower matters in the twisties. Horsepower doesn't get you up out of the corner. Torque does. And in that category , the Buell smashes the jap crap. Besides, the guy on the ninjas probably running through his top four gears trying to stay in his power band. I haven't heard the buell shift but a couple times. If this has to be explained to you, maybe you're best served by your ricegrinder... 🤡
