I’ve just found your videos, and wishing I’d seen this one sooner. I’m currently struggling with PND. I went through IVF for my beautiful little girl who is now 17 months, and I returned to work in June. I was crying daily, several times a day, and for a long time I was blaming my hormones. It’s only now that I’m accepting that it’s something more. I was signed off work in September until I’m ready to return. So I have plenty of support. I’m still crying daily (including when watching this video and hearing you talking so openly), but with work taken out of the equation, I’m feeling a little better and getting there. Thank you for this, I’m looking forward to watching more of your videos x

I love the jaffa cake benefit bars, like alpens, and the crispy mallow bars, both 3.5 syns. I also use syns on sauces or fridge raiders. Other than that, I save them for my dinners e.g. Sausages, quorn nuggets etc x
Also I snack on a lot of ham and turkey slices x

Thank you. Trust me, I felt the same way. I really struggled to get going. I had a few failed attempts before I started this time, but enough was enough. I was sick of feeling down about my appearance and I felt so out of control, it was affecting me both physically and mentally. I'll film a video with some of my tips to get motivated xx
