    I need to do this.. I honestly don't even know where to start.. I'm in the late 15's. I'm still breastfeeding my twins which are 16 months. I feel rubbish about my body. You've done so well! X

      Thank you. Trust me, I felt the same way. I really struggled to get going. I had a few failed attempts before I started this time, but enough was enough. I was sick of feeling down about my appearance and I felt so out of control, it was affecting me both physically and mentally. I'll film a video with some of my tips to get motivated xx

      I love the jaffa cake benefit bars, like alpens, and the crispy mallow bars, both 3.5 syns. I also use syns on sauces or fridge raiders. Other than that, I save them for my dinners e.g. Sausages, quorn nuggets etc x

      Also I snack on a lot of ham and turkey slices x
