I loved this show. I just recently saw the unaired pilot with a different concept.

Sums up why i wasnt a big fan of this movie. Reinforces why im not surprised at the negative reaction to the sequel.

I don't give a crap about what this guy is saying. The show wanted to do something different. This is from the perspective of the powerless. Not everyone is a geek

The show didn't get a chance like Seinfeld, and that show stunk the first season. Anyway your critique on the show was to me just a fanboy complaint, when it comes to Comic book stories the movies & television hardly ever stick to comic book lore so get over it. The was fun to watch but I think the CW would have been more appropriate for this series, since all DC shows were on that Network.

I remember George Shrinks. Remembered very well. As for his size, it was explained in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it conversation. He was born that way. His dad even described George's miniature size in his infancy. There's the possibility that shortness runs in their family. Maybe. It would explain the family's name. (Green Fury - Fire). I'm not familiar, but I'm nonetheless going to say her name was probably changed back because "Fire" is an absolutely *terrible* name for a superhero. One word, one syllable, common word, multiple meanings and definitions in several contexts. A superhero name should immediately call to mind the superhero, not 7 other possible meanings.

I can't say I "remember Powerless" because I'd never even heard of it until very recently, after it's been off the air for years. It's exactly my kind of show and I would have *loved* to watch it... if I'd *known* about it. If it flopped, I'm inclined to think it was a failure of marketing rather than necessarily there any problem with the show itself.

His character arc is very clear. He gets to where he is in series 9 at the end of series 8. And he gets to where he is in series 10 at the end of series 9.

I can't believe I'm about to say this and I'm only gonna say it once but thank you Chris chibnall for making your era of doctor who so bad it made me go back and rewatch capaldies era which is something I definitely should have done sooner coz it's really good.

The 13th doctor is the first doctor I've watched that doesn't seem to have a definitive personality,she changes each episode to suit whatever the plot requires

I thought it was brilliant. No made up powers that bend the laws of physics, and yes, even magic has to follow the laws of physics. Just real people in a world of super ego maniacs that can and do kill people in their figthts. Huge damages. And people just accept that?

wow i've only watched the 1st half of the pilot but i already think the unaired pilot was better, and they should've stuck with it like that. making her the new person not loving it, and then making her boss/mentor who inspired her and died from superheroes fighting just become her dad kinda disappointing. I like that they changed the new boss to bruce Wayne's cousin thats about it.

Such a waste! The premise was great as well as most characters. The writing, other tha the non aired pilot, was lousy.

POWERLESS deserves to be remembered as a One Season Wonder. Just like FIREFLY. 👍

From what I remembered about Powerless, I only laughed (or maybe lightly chuckled) at ONE joke. It was the one about the Atlantians and tuna.

The point is not the superheroes & villains. They're just the background, the weather. So who cares if they're accurate.

I was devastated when the last few episodes listed weren't aired. Fun show.

I hate the fact that cause not only are they not properly paying legitimate managakas for their work but due to the system of how people make money (or none at all) well start seeing a flood of fake artists from china and india hitting the sites in droves. Some of this is already starting with poorly made ai comics not that I'm saying ai cant be useful to artist during a time crunch like editing your scripts for clarity or you need a street view for one screen and cant find a reference anywhere but it shows when someone uses ai entirely to create their work and is driven entirely by profit. I've come across at least 3 of such comics and they're god awful. Unless they do something soon, which of course they wont until it's too late as they still get paid as long as people are visiting their sites and downloading the app people arent going to keep coming back
