Against an average SS/WH you can kite with bow and GS can out trade it with block stance. Any build that someone has mastered however will be hard to go against. FS/VG builds work really well against tank builds since VG has lots of ways to strip buffs and disease while FS can apply dots. The Omni tank however is designed to fix the weaknesses traditional tank builds have so this build specifically is a hard match up for many especially with a skilled pilot.

@@daniel-ym9un Style preference, from my experience especially in heavy it takes a lot to make it work. Lightning harnessing, lightning runeglass in armor, lightning damage on ring all for an ability I find underwhelming (mighty gavel). That being said if you like it, it can totally work just be sure you want to play it because that's quite the investment for a set of gear only good for Mjolnir. Omni tank can use any weapon as the armor is universal to any weapon aside for the sundering shockwave perk. That being said I've seen some medium Mjolnir builds with azoth conductors slap hard.

I use them interchangeably. For group play I use VDP as I can get heals from my healer bros. For 1vX I'll swap to SC to get that double buffed pot in a pinch. Both are great options. The Justice earring can replace SC and you can go VDP+Justice if you don't have Ankh.

@@vermillionkingpin Exactly and SC+ET is a strong combo as well. If you have SH and healthy toast I would go with Ankh.

@ Heals are a little less but with the potion changes SH stock only went up.

Trsna is a very accessible 725 artifact hammer that's good all around. The lifesteal vs knockdown enemies is nice but just icing on the cake to the beefy sustain kit it has in lifestealing+trenchant recovery. Other than Trsna there aren't very many named hammers you can craft with trenchant recovery+sundering clear out. You'll need to make a gorgon wh for that and that's very costly.

You are certainly entitled to your own opinion. I'll respond the same way I respond when I get these kind of comments: I do not discriminate. All skill levels can get it. I have 1v1s/1vXs vs players at the lower level and at the highest and have come out on top there as well. If you play enough games you get games with all experience levels. Sometimes you're the hammer and sometimes you're the nail. Was lucky enough to be the hammer that game 💪🔨

@@SavanRPG you better believe it. Burnanator is fun to use even though I can see why it needs to be nerfed a bit so I'll probably be back with Inferno. My favorite is getting into face to face flamethrower contests; like better hope you packed more fire resist than I did buddy.

@@McKnabbZ That's the beauty of the combat brother. I've been playing fighting games and action combat MMOs/RPGs for a long time so a lot of the skill transfers over. With a few ranged players, a healer or some slightly different tactics they could have easily bested me or forced me to adjust. Hopefully they levelled up that day, thanks for the kind words brother. It is all about the attitude, this is how you get better. Sometimes you need to bang your head against it to learn how to defeat it. I guarantee that if any of these people were on the same server as Savan and reached out about learning how to counter his build, he would 100% help and teach them. The company I am in, we do not war. We love the open world PvP/racing. If we end up rolling through people and see new names, we always try and reach out, offering support or help, does not matter what faction. It is how you create a great competitive server.

The combat in new world is next level and if you understand it really is like a fighting simulator in its own way. How much longer do you think the will keep receiving funding and making updates at this player level?

I appreciate the comment, often times people focus on the build and not the skills that it takes to push it to the next level. Burnanator is definitely overtuned right now but with cleanse pots and fire resist we can fight back as a pvp tank. You have the right idea, keep getting the reps in and embrace the grind. Love to hear it brother, it's a labor of love. I play all builds but this is the one I love the most and care to min/max. Start off with getting a decent 700 set like the Syncretic or Frigid Dawn set and then work your way to the 725 Gorgon set.

@@Havak37 Yup! That's why I recommend it since you can farm it anytime. Current mutations are Ennead, Genesis and Depths.

I swap shield out from time to time but Ankh+Stam Recovery is solid vs any match up. Slash protection is great until you face someone who runs 0 slash damage then it's a dead perk. If need be I'll swap to a regular amulet with divine+health+protection I have one for each damage type and I suggest others to do as well.

@@ryanmiller-oo8jk yup FD works fine, just not considered bis for me since it's not 725 and I prefer grit ward over EA and EW for bdr.

1x stack of haste, 3x stack with dot damage reduction.

Craft via gorgon essence. Max crafting will help you get your daily prismatics which drastically decreases the cost of acquiring the gear since you don't need to buy the prismatic mats.

Yup it does but Trsna sustain is just a part of the overall engine that Ankh is the center of. For 1vX justice earring seems like a solid choice.

Anything is strong in the right hands. If there wasn't counterplay to it I'd agree. The issue is too many players waste abilities and light attack into the shield when they should be heavy attacking. Also blocking can't kill you so there's no threat there. You're looking at highlights from a day 1 pvp tank so I understand where this is coming from but I die plenty to players/groups that know how to fight the shield.
