@@sandinodelcastillo3603 of course you can. As long as you have a way to send the proper frequencies to them either via head unit that allows 3000k for the tweeters, and, or a DSP. If you don't have the equipment to do that then you need to keep them passive

That amp has plenty of power. It's rated 100 watts RMS @4ohms. ( Yes, I'm aware the hybrid specs show individually the tweeters and mids can handle 120-140. However, tweeters really don't need more power than 50 watts. Please consider keeping the gain down on the tweeters. You are going to LOVE the helix DSP platform, and performance once you learn the software, unless you are already familiar with it. At this point in time, after using many different dsp brands, helix is by far the best, in my opinion! 😀)

@@christiandshatto7765 i certainly agree i have read a lot of good things about helix. Im new to sq scene. This will be my first setup. Im planning to go as much on fronts and kill the rears and run without a sub first. I might be already satisfied with the output

They are extremely small, no floor noise- meaning they're quiet, no hiss, and the output is very clean. Distortion factory on facebook, and Tony D'amore, have posted videos showing how clean their output is, harmonics, etc.IMO, that's what's most important for any amplifier. Thanks for watching

@@christiandshatto7765 LOL that's the same thing I said when I heard the Morel SQ Mazda. I had the Hybrid 6.5's at the time, but when I heard his car, there was no turning back...LOL!!

Yeah it wasn't easy but it's so worth it cuz you're right there probably the best mid-range speaker I've ever heard it sounds so good!!!!!

Hybrids are Fuller & deeper, especially on the mid bass. Where as with the nano carbons they are a little bit brighter, even though it's got a lower sensitivity of 88db, compared to the hybrid 91db. However, more power than 80-100 watts, then stick with hybrids, unless your running the nanos passive. If you ran them passive I think they can handle 125 watts RMS. Both are excellent component sets by the way. I feel like we're comparing tea with two teaspoons of sugar versus three

@christiandshatto7765 I was more so trying to figure out if they still have that warm signature sound that morel is known for. It sounds like you are saying that they don't...? I'm considering using the 4 in virtus in my dash as midrange speakers.

@mauricefultonii no both sound excellent, you'd be happy with either; the nano are IMPRESSIVE, and sound like morels do, imo

Sounds better than the LC 1.800 to me. The LC 1.800 would sound boomy sometimes where this just sounds accurate and clean

@@christiandshatto7765 Well, the few strangers I’ve talked to on forums are telling me to run away from Audio Control, they have noise issues, to Stinger owns them, blah blah blah. But they have zero experience with this particular amp. Honestly, are you seeing anything like that? Or is this a really nice amp? I’m second guessing myself. Please feel free to get detailed. @damon323 I only use the monoblock. No issues at all. ( Over the years I've noticed we take recs . from techs, as they install, and get to hear different brands. Having said that, I'll run the altitude monoblock, it has a cleaner output than my old lc1. 800, imo. ( Installers tend to push brands/amps that make their lives easier/full proof installs, keep that in mind. Also, there seems to be a lot of politics in the 12v community. Once you find something you like the sound of, try and understand, learn the specs , ask questions, read, etc. This will help you read specs in the future and have a general idea of that item's charcteristics/sound performance. ie, I put my phoenix gold titanium 500.4 amp back in last week. It SOUNDS BETTER, and cleaner, at half the power, than a reputable brand's over $2k 4 channel. Why is that? Well, the pg is 21 years old. Different higher quality components, output transistors etc. , may be why to me it sounds better, and I use that amp as a standard to my expectations.

I like it better than LC 1.800

I've had A4s since 2002- I like the AWD bc when I was younger I almost ended up not being here bc of camaro rear wheel drive- if it wasn't Audi, I'd probably drive subaru

I'm just using a power supply, a very cheap 30 amp one. And a matter of fact, it's so inexpensive, I had to also buy the 3 prong power chord. In total it was $29 bux. Wire color for power cord is black =hot, green is ground, and white is called neutral ground, I believe. It's marked on the power supply where to connect those.( Right side. If you buy one, use my video as a reference. Then, just 16 gauge power wire to an extra speaker terminal/ fuse- largest I have is 10 amp😆, then 16 gauge ground. Those are marked on the left of the power supply. ( This power supply provides 3 12v dc power, and 3 ground. Then I have a USB c to 3.5mm female adapter I connected to my phone as a source/that has RCA's on the opposite end to send the signal to the amp. I used extra set of phoenix gold to 6.5s and focal 6.ts as my speakers. I can make a short demonstrating. It's extremely simple. Altivon is the brand I found on Amazon this morning, with same day delivery to test a different amp for being deffective.

The brand on Amazon is Alitove, $23.99 for a 12volt to dc 30 amp power supply
