When it comes to the lack of action from Roblox's moderation team, it can only mean 2 things. Either they're somehow ignorant to the problem (therefor unfit for their job) or they're actively apart of the problem. Seeing how Roblox has put in more effort into concealing the problem rather than fixing it, I believe it's the ladder case.
