Another problem with the elitism is the cost to host an F1 race (not the cost of safety that's non-negotiable) but how much F1 charges tracks to host an F1 event. There is no way that the birthplace of auto-racing, France, should be left off the calendar due to funding.

hot take, but I'd love to see refuelling during race pitstops being brought back :'D for tracks, I'd love Sepang being on the calender again too; otherwise a great idea would be to have Hockenheim and Nürburgring switch each year (as has been done in prior years) and the same with Fuji and Suzuka (although I'm really very fond of Suzuka). I'm glad we're seeing Albert Park being the opener again and I'd like it to stay that way. for teams/drivers it would be nice if alpha taura/vcarb/whatever they'll be called, become more of a "proper" team and not only the little sibling of RB where they'll lock up talented drivers to let them race a season or two and hardly ever give them a chance to show and hone their skill. rules, rules; no more team orders allowed, the apex does not exist. let them race. no drs during the race (re-) start. it's silly and imo too dangerous when so many cars are close together. the chances for inchidents is too high. would also enjoy the drivers briefing because they were too funny sometimes but also insightful (okay yeah that was one long yap)

As a Malaysian, it really is a shame Sepang gets left out of the calendar. It’s a great racing track as I’ve been there multiple times. I’m 25 and I haven’t gotten the chance to experience F1 yet so I really hope the FIA considers the Malaysian GP again.
