New subscriber here, I quit smoking 6 years ago, and have gained about 40 pounds. I'm 66 years old, its so hard to lose. When I was younger, not as hard. I'm going to give ww a try. Thank you for sharing your journey, very encouraging. God is Good!

I am the same. I needed the in person meetings when I was going to weight watchers! Hearing you say that makes me want to go on and see if they have added any new meetings that i could possible make it to with my schedule!

I always loved my in person meetings. They have cancelled them twice in my life and I gained every ounce back and then some. I am just one of the ones who needs in person to stay on track. I wish the old WW was back who focused on losing weight the healthy way. Good luck on your journey. You'll be there before you know it.
