The realms are so huge and filled with so many intricate characters and story lines I don't know how they could bring it all to life on the screen. Assuming that they could in the next several years, who would play the main characters? Drizzt, cattie- brie, wulfgar, bruenor, artemis entreri and jarlaxle? If they could successfully adapt the books into movies I think it could easily surpass the success of the lord of the rings trilogy, the witcher and any other fantasy novel adapted script.

Dam, I was so hoping to get more of RAS classic characters like Dagnammit, the Doodad, the force of spike wearing idiot dwarves, and especially the dwarf Muffin head...... Seriously though, I loved the books until the Jarjar Binks level of slapstick silly that was written into the dwarves. Had to quit the series then and have not been able to pick his writing up since.

RA Salvatore said at NYCC that (A) He wants to write more trilogies and (B) Monk is his favorite DnD class so Breezy studying martial arts doesn’t surprise me. I’m happy that Drizzt’s training under Montolio is acknowledged and remembered. Zaknafein made Drizzt a Fighter, but it was Montolio that made him a Ranger. Great video!! :)

I loved this short story and can't wait for more adventures staring Breezy. Will she also get companions like her family before her? What would that group look like? what about her getting her own nemesis?

Love Audible. Have listened to all 39 Drizzt books and will download this new one today as I was not aware of it all. Cannot wait!!

This couldn't possibly be done in any way other than animated. For half these characters, there aren't human beings on the planet that could fulfill the physical requirements, and they don't make human beings that look like dungeons and dragons elves. Those elves are beyond human proportions and are ethereally beautiful.

Hmm many posibilities. Always best to get it right with no adaptions. I would love to see thishappen but it needs to be done right. With the passion we all have for Drizzt.

I would want to start the series from the beginning not crystal shard. Seeing Drizzt growing up and becoming the exceptional warrior that he is and showing how evil his family is along with the rest of the Drow provides good back story for the rest of the series. To miss all the hardships he had to endure in the Underdark would be a huge mistake imo. Also this would skip the incredible bond he made with Guen through all of this.

1:23 You can say that again. I swear Salvatore only invented the world of Corona so he could have more magical items and of a greater variety. That's not a complaint. I like the Demonwars setting and certainly give the author full marks for the craftsmanship he puts into every character's gear without going overboard. Sometimes. A certain essence-stealing jeweled dagger comes to mind as being pretty OP. Great video. Seems like you're adding a few hundred well-deserved subs a day. I hear that full length Mind Flayer video is pretty good. I may be guilty of not having watched that one yet.
