This cost just over 50p and uses the latest tech in small wood burners, it is even able to create a vortex flame which makes the flame hotter and leaves only dust, highly portable, very efficient, almost free, endless fuel, contains fire making it safer and doesn't scar the earth, recycled, just needs a secure pot stand I have kept the tin lids for this purpose, so as such this is not finished,...

Man your spoon is looking nice and symmetrical, well balanced. I burnish my spoons to finish them just because I was unsure of what to use on them. As soon as I learned how to do it the universe had me finding beautifully smooth river stones everywhere. One of the first things I burnished was a spatula and it has held up really well over the last couple years of use. I'm very interested to see how the boomerang turns out. Right on BatW!
How does burnishing wood, is it using heat generated from the stones by rubbing and friction? Sounds interesting 🤔 I live near a pebble beach. The boomerang will have a test flight today. I spent hours yesterday shaping and smoothing it, it might have issues or even just be usless but it's been fun making it. 👍👍
@@badgerandthewoodsman if the boomerang flies true enough to hit a target I would call it a success. When you rub the smooth stone on the wood repeatedly the wood get shiny looking. Once it’s shiny it is sealed. A very smooth round stone that feels right in the hand will work well.
Perfect! another primitive skill to try out thanks bud, ideally I'd like the boomerang to just get a little lift. But I'd be happy to just hit a box✌️

Right on. Over here people call it "worm grunting". I prefer the way you describe it as worm summoning. I admit I did attempt to summon worms a little while back and had no luck. I find that interesting as it appears I did almost exactly what you have done. I will have to try again.
may need a recent rain fall, we had 5 dry days and my powers of summoning failed. i think they dive deep with no rain
Man I like making tin can stoves too. Sometimes you see a couple cans and just know you can make a sweet little stove out of them. Your Atl Atl is flying nice and true.

I'm not sure who the feather belongs to but can say I do have a very similar one on my staff. My thought was Owl as well.
its definatly a hawk which is a north american term for a lot of birds and loads of them have this pattern really hard to pin point, but that said we have got about 12 buzzards in the area and it does look very similar to other pictures of them, either way t'is a beautiful thing 👍✌
