I think I had a template that I used as a guide. It had the main areas I wanted to explore such as family history, relationships, health history, financial, etc. The actual questions where more organic depending on the person and what they say. However, if you’re just starting out, I think having a list of questions under each category could be helpful. I hope this helps and makes sense!
