yes and no. if u have zhongli or a good bennett they yes. Kazuha and zhongli basically make the team tho. he would did in 2 seconds without them

@@SussyManDan I really just don’t like his design. Love the character as a whole and lore behind him, but his kit looks clunky and at this point I do have Zhong-Dong and Bennett fully built but for them to add a power crept Amber this late into the game is pretty frustrating. It was an easy decision for me to go for Yelan as I didn’t have her and tbh she was the only unit on my account i really wanted. I’m hoping the future Fontaine characters have more to offer in way of kit diversity.

I just got him and he's certainly not powercreeping that much. He's definitely not weak, but, although he has high damage output, his attacks are pretty slow in comparison to Hu Tao and other top tier dpses. So overall he's certainly good, but as good as someone like Ayato and Ganyu, nothing more, so there's really no power creeping (and for his pneuma ability, it's not that useful, because it deals close to know damage and doesn't work half the time. You could use hydro traveler as a support and wouldn't need Lyney at all.) As for the gameplay, as someone who has never liked Ganyu's playstyle, while liking Tighnari's, I think Lyney's gameplay doesn't feel clunky at all to me, even without a shield. My team for him is Lyney - Kazuha - Xiangling - Bennett (Lynette replacing Kazuha sometimes for fun and easier enemies). He can get interrupted a lot, just like Ganyu, but his Grin-Malkin Hat also kind of work as a taunt, so it might help too. But after having personally waited for him for almost 3 years with my primogems, I'm glad we're finally getting him and that he isn't bad at all, both gameplay-wise and damage-wise. I might be biased though, because even if he sucked, I would have mained him anyways.

I actually enjoy playing Lyney. He can deal good single target and Aoe dmg. but if you're purely looking for dmg there are better options than Lyney. So don't pull unless you really enjoy his design. But If you do he's more than capable of being a good dps. although this abyss doesn’t favour him much lol

It's not comfortable to look at

I actually don't prefer the whitish grain that default settings shows. That's why I keep the brightness at lowest and while I explore chasm and underground areas it looks great and very lively. But in game the battle doesn't look as saturated as it looks when I upload it on youtube. Maybe cause mostly we have amoled displays on mobile 😂

just by a little bit! Dendro MC applies dendro just a little better than Collei, however you can use her instead of MC if you already have her leveled up

Mostly Mc but if your team has quickswap playstyle Collei can be better as she lets you reposition your dendro application.

@@timmiesbird6156 Yes I have all 3 but I don't use Collei, I mostly use Xingqiu. All C0 5 stars of course. My blooms, max explosion is around 35K

@@maheshwaranpillai Collei is great for dmg showcase since she can wield Elegy. From tomorrow Baizhu might be even better as I've heard he gives bloom dmg bonus

I also like Dmc/yaoyao instead of collei but being a bow user collei has advantage over them. Although i usually don't use Kokomi on field that much in single target cause hydro quickly overtakes dendro without multiple enemies.

@@timmiesbird6156 yes but not when you do normal atack infusion with nilou you can have permanent dendro on the single target enemy

You can make it work. But kabeh isn’t super good if you’re not playing Xingqiu/Yelan with him. Still you’re most likely to die after 2nd chamber cause even though kaveh can self sustain his hp other characters can't. While using Nikou, Nahida skill they will take dmg. Just use Yaoyao/Collei/traveler instead of Kaveh

Collei is actually pretty good on Nilou teams. Cause she can wield Elegy + she has pretty nice front loaded dendro application with her skill and burst. And btw my baizhu funds are done. Getting him the moment his banner arrives 😋

for nilou someone who has fast dendro application is better. so collei > baizhu

When you’re fighting a single enemy or if you have Elegy Collei is better. Or else Yaoyao is better. Moreover, Yaoyao variant is significantly comfortable cause Yaoyao has high emergency healing.

No. You have to mark them all. After marking if you cause reaction on a enemy, everyone else who are marked by Nahida also receives tri karma purification dmg.

Not really. But you can put full EM Kuki/Raiden. To trigger overload and hyperbloom with burgeon. In that case you can play offfield Dehya. Even use her burst.

You can. But you’ll get way less dmg. Cause dehya have to be on field with c6 bennett to proc burgeon. Dehya's skill procs one every 2.5s

So she is like main dps? not sub dps for trigger burgeon like thoma. i also wondering 2.5s interval is so long especially with bunch of mob bcs bloom will explotion if reach limit in field

That's quite old build. I can't remember the build. Most probably he had Staff of Homa, 1.9k atk, 40EM, 64/270 CR/CD. Talent 1-9-9.

How can I help you? Btw if you’re having trouble with abyss, play hyperbloom/quicken team on 1st chamber and melt/vaporize/taser team with anemo(sucrose/kazuha/venti/jean) on 2nd chamber. Will be a lot easier.

Not really. Barbara/Kokomi is enough. But Yaoyao makes this team even more comfortable. I've been playing Nilou with Barbara since she launched. Never died. You can check out my other Nilou videos.

@@timmiesbird6156 Oh, okay, it's just that for me the combination of Nilou's carpet bombing and the enemies who hit like a truck on fire I had trouble keeping some of my party members alive.

@@PsypherWolf If you're struggling, try prototype amber on Barbara/Kokomi/Nahida. 700EM on Barbara/Kokomi is more than enough to clear chambers. You can also give Barbara/Kokomi healing bonus/Hp% artifact. Nahida will provide 250 EM so no need to worry.

@@timmiesbird6156 Oh I managed, I had to redo it several times with different teams but I did eventually get 36*. The Maguu Kenki was a nightmare but I managed. And I don't have Kokomi, used YaoYao and quickened as crutch.

@@PsypherWolf I'd suggest to use Barbara. I like Barbara better on this team since Barbara does partywide quick heal and you can swap out barbara anytime and still get to heal when you swap in with normal attack.

@@timmiesbird6156 for me, I am lacking good artifact so I tried my best to build as balanced as I could, not sure it’s the right thing… Nahida C0, R1 sig weapon, 4pc Deepwood focus on EM & balanced Crit. Yae C0, R1 Atlas, 2pc Glad, 2 pc Shimenawa, (2800s atk total) with 200s EM, 150 ER, 53%CR, 156% CD. (I don’t know why but somehow this give me more often Crit than when I give her a 70%CR…) (talent still 7-9-7). I run same team as this video and I think I’m lacking in ER for the team, and not yet good at the right rotation. Still trying to farm better artifact for this team. Planning to C6 this team to be my one and only permanent team.

You can make it work. But it won't be that impactful since Haitham requires you to be on field with him and without on field Kokomi you’ll generate very few bloom cores.

@@madqueen5030 since you’ll be using Kokomi with Nahida and Raiden you should go for Hudro dmg bonus on Kokomi . Cause Raiden will be hyperbloom trigger and raiden needs all EM artifacts.

@@niccla1044 Yup deepwood memory effect doesn’t stack. It's actually my regular build that I didn’t change. I would have used instructor on Collei if it was quicken team but this Nilou Barbara team has very slow hydro application so doing any reaction with Collei to proc instructor would be tough and will mess up rotations. That's why didn’t bother changing her artifacts. She mostly had high ER focused arrtifacts. Around 260-270% ER for burst spam.

@@timmiesbird6156 wow that hella lot ER on collei, is barbara using triple EM also what artifact she is using? cuz it seems like i do lot less damage even tho my nilou is using her signature weapon which suppose to buff bountiful core damage by alot

@@niccla1044 Yup barbara is using All EM artifacts. Although I'm still using prototype amber on her for more healing cause with sacrificial fragment staying alive is challenging especially on 12-2-2

Yup bloom is actually good when there's more than 2/3 enemies. That way you get way more dmg. Think of it like Childe's reptite. But still considering only kokomi's doing everything here, it's pretty decent I'd say 😋 after Nahida releases I'd probably try on field Nahida with Xingqiu. That would be pretty good too 😁
