Without Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow, Pirates of the Caribbean will never survive!

Curse of the Black Pearl is definitely a cut above 2&3... It hits everything aspirational about swashbuckling on the Spanish Main perfectly, whereas 2&3 are more monster/zombie films. It's still a decent trilogy overall... But 2&3 just don't hit the same for me. (Still so much better than 4&5 though)

The 3rd one was not a doubt the best pirate film a lot of sword fighting and connon fire

Absolutely fantastic trilogy. I remember Dead Man's Chest being the first instance I can remember where a movie left me on such a cliffhanger as a kid I was like what? They can't just end it like that.

I only have the DVD for the movie and i enjoy it every time i watch it (although i was confused about a few parts including the breaking of the candle by Will). I also got the other movies from the library and liked the sequels just as much as the first part. But i was very confused about "on strangers tides" and am unsure if i've ever seen "dead men tell no tales". While watching the former i only got confirmation it was still pirats of the carribean by Captain Jack Sparrow, the rest could have been a completely different movie. Notably, the ship scenes, of which i expect many in a pirat and sea movie, were way rarer in comparison (at least it felt like it).

I feel like will is what jon snow was suppoused to be. Dont get me wrong I hate will and like Jon Snow but his ending balancing between love and sacrifice is a thousand times better than the ending of game of thrones.

I really don't get the criticism of at worlds end. It's easily the best in the franchise and for pirates buffs like my self it's like 2 and a half hours of gold. Also the dialogue was just genius.the comedy isn't forced and the world building is s tier. Jack Sparrow also bloomed as a character showing even with so many strong performances and better equipped and more influential pirates he was still the show stealer. It also showed some racial diversity after the lack luster or offensive representation in the first two movies.

im ngl i just watched all the movies like a week ago and i thought the first one was meh the 2nd was annoying because when the one guy stole davey jones heart and traded it in for his life back i thought number 3 was dope because of the fight scenes and at the end when will stabbed the heart i thought that was very smart and dumb because no he can only see his wife every 10 years but then again thats better than never and number 4 i kinda forgot what happened i think it was with black beard and that was dope asf tbh and the 5th movie was meh in my opinion because it seems like they just wanted to make another movie and they just didnt care at all what it looked like but dont get me wrong i still love all 5 of the movies because of the story im very sad at Disney fired Johnny Depp over something that NEVER happened so even if they make a 6th movie without johnny depp i still wont watch it just because its not johnny depp and man im stoned asf rn and i just typed out all that

Black pearl was head and shoulders above the rest. If you pay attention they tried to use the same formulas that made the first movie legendary and tried to put more focus on jack sparow wich was a mistake considering that all characters where equally important in the first one. Reusing the same jokes that made us laugh in the first one really takes away from the first. But i never thought they where underated because these movies where huge back in the day.

While I'll say and swear to the Lord of the rings being the best trilogy EVER put to screen, I'll also defend this trilogy as the 2nd best. For all the reasons you just made and many you didn't. Cpt. Jack Sparrow is the best, weirdest and most iconic character maybe ever, not to mention beloved by millions of fans. The fact that Disney, "the shitstain it's become" believes in their woke warped and deluded minds that this movie series could even be a success without him and the millions who stand by him is just laughably insane to me and proves just how warped woke minds are. But insane and warped explains the woke mentality anyway. Sorry.... Got off track there... PIRATES AND JACK AND BARBOSA are and will forever be the most iconic and beloved things ever on a movie screen. Lord of the rings are better in many aspects but as iconic as their characters are... They aren't as insanely beloved and original as Jack and Barbosa. I would put LOTR and PIRATES 1 and 2 as the best ever. Just my opinion.

Another fantastic video. Okay I know this video came out before the super Mario Bros movie was released, but honestly what the hell was with all those people who laughed and thought it was stupid that Chris Pratt would be Mario? It's like how people complain over whoever plays Batman and don't ever learn their lesson. Wait until the movie comes out and then you can decide. Turns out Chris Pratt did a good job, and ultimately it didn't actually really matter.

This is why Disney is a stupid company sometimes. They fired Johnny Depp from the role just based on the false accusations by a particular turd and then the trial happens years later and it's proven that Johnny Depp was innocent all along. Unlike Dior which literally waited until the trial happened and then waited until the results of the trial and then gave him a new contract. Is companies need to understand innocent until proven guilty instead of caving in to Twitter pressure which was totally from a vocal minority.

Wow! This video showed up in my recommendations and I'm really impressed by it. Not only am I impressed by the amount of use such a small channel got for this video and you definitely deserve the views and I do believe you deserve more subscribers too at least upon my first impression, but it's amazing how much you said about three films in such a short amount of time. Coincidentally I uploaded a review of the first pirates of the Caribbean that same year that he uploaded this video although it was months later in December. I think you did a much better job of explaining things and thinking outside the box. My one and only criticism and it's constructive is that I personally thought your enthusiasm was a little droning. Kind of sounding like I can tell that you're reading a script, and don't get me wrong sometimes I have a hard time with that myself, but you made some amazing points throughout and everything you said was very well thought out. The only issue was it sounded like a lack of high enthusiasm, at least in my opinion.

Genuinely thought that you where a well established content creator judging by the quality. I have no doubt that your going places, and soon by the looks of it.

Barbosas return wasent forced, atleast i dont think so. Because at the end of the curse of the black pearl jack(the monkey) takes one of the aztec coins and gives it to barbosa, giving him the curse. Then presumably barbosa lays the coin back again. Atleast that is my theory. I atleast that was the reason for them showing jack(the monkey) picking up the aztec coin, because if i am not wrong jack isent a skeleton later. Or?

Unpopular opinion: I actually didn’t mind the 4th and 5th movies.

Why "Why Pirates of the Caribbean is the Most UNDERRATED Trilogy" is the stupidest title I've seen. - Since back then till now I've yet to encounter a person in real life or online that has said anything negative towards this trilogy - IMDb: 8.1 RT: 80% - 86%
