RP and Unofficial servers are really the only servers worth playing these days, this server for example has a decent population weeks into the wipe still.

In all honesty temps weren't that much better, maybe a couple of degrees, I think this card is just a bit of a toasty boi, it's still good to change the paste out eventually, as it can change how well it transfers heat over time, but its not a part of the yearly service, maybe every few years, yearly at least though, definitely clear out the dust.

@@insanestickergaming the card still has the original sticker intact in the screws (on the top of the gpu) so i guess it was never changed. im going to buy some MX-6 and see if i notice a diference in temps. I´ll let you know :D thanks for the feedback btw

@@insanestickergaming quick update :) today I bought Artic MX-6 (since it seems it’s a pretty good paste from the reviews I’ve seen on the internet). The results: Stock paste (original from factory): 73C with 100% fan speed New thermal paste (Artic MX-6): 64C with 100% fan speed Basically almost got 10c lower than stock paste! I’ve used the same fan speed to have a consistent test :) now it’s running with a fan curve I’ve made with 68c 75% fan speed. The card is running an overclock btw, with the PL at max (104%) and +90mhz on the core (2000mhz stable) and 350mhz on the memory. Super happy with the results :))

Yes you can! Obviously take care as with anything there are parts that can be easily damaged, but it will help with thermal performance.

armor cards have really bad thermal performance , look into a watercooling bracket

Escape from Tarkov looks really good, I bought it way back when it first came out but didn't end up playing much. Keep getting caught up in Ark and ATLAS 🤣

Pve is good, the community are friendly and helpful. The hardest part is getting somewhere to build that's not lawless, the lawless region is a mess.

They seem to think pve was not populated enough for two servers, even though it's been proven otherwise. Just like how they think the explosive barrels are fair and balanced in pvp despite a community begging for them to be removed.

Yea, I managed to whistle it follow before it sank luckily. Someone in chat told me to lead it to shore, there's apparently some holes in the mesh that allow things to get back out if they're following

@@MoshmanGaming I think they are better in ATLAS tbh, I've done a few plat builds in Ark and I enjoyed this one much more, probably cause I wasn't trying to chandelier turrets.

@@MoshmanGaming Exactly, and dying every few minutes can really cause delays on a voyage, better to be prepared. Its why I never bother with rafts or dinghys unless I have too.

I beleive my mate got it from official, so I would say so, you can use it to pick up alphas too and bring them back to base for everyone to farm xp.
