I think most employees are completely frustrated with the big companies treating us like dirt. We are the people that day in and day out keep the businesses going, keep the country running. I don't work for Costco but I work for a company that doesn't treat us well and I know what they feel. A lot of time it isn't as much about more money so much as it is about quality of life issues.
