Great video, do you think this would be ok for a 14” Macbook Pro? Or is it too heavy? I noticed that even yours couldn’t support the weight when the screen wasn’t unfolded. Maybe the Plus version is better?

Nice setup. I love using samsung dex but I use VDI to connect and work environment. I have a fold5 and bluetooth keyboard and arc mouse, it is portable. I have a 15.6 monitor, but I can also work directly off the fold5 and increase screen display to use emails. I do have a tab 9s and will be looking at the clips, thanks for showing them. Thank you for showing the development section. I use pythonanythere, it is web based for python development. I am sure there are other services available, just been using and got used to it.

I think eventually the phone will be enough and one day we can just put our phone on the desk and work. could be a Bluetooth monitor 27 inch screen, or as simple as a tablet that just a screen that connect with your phone wirelessly and when you travel.

I was thinking about the same setup for travel, but I opted instead for a very cheap Intel N95/16Gb Ram/512Gb SSD laptop, which only set me back about $250. I love your keyboard btw. What model is it and where can I get one from?

If you have a decent internet connection, this is totally ideal; however, if you travel to a country with very limited, or no internet connection at all, it isn't. What I haven't found is a decent tutorial on how to develop offline locally on a tablet...

Appreciate the work on your video. Very helpfull, and helped me decide on a low profile keyboard. Now I'm on the fence between a Keychron K3 V2 or a Nuphy Air 75 v2. I don't like Nuphy's aesthetic, it's a little childish and looks like a toy. On the other hand it has some nice features. Coming from a Microsoft Designer Keyboard, my main concern with Keychron is losing connection. But i had the chance to try one out, the 60% version, and i have no connections issues like i have with the Designer Keyboard. Do you have those issues with your board?

I use this all the time to swim and never have had a problem. Of course, I always have it in Swim Mode, so it has the Water Lock mode. I swim in bright sunlight, so I usually find it impossible to see the screen while I am swimming. This video is helpful because I will set up less data on the screen, so that the type is larger and I can actually see it. While I am swimming, all I want to know is how many laps I have done so far, and how much time I have been swimming.

Quite unfortunate we don't have tutorials on how to code on the system using git and custom executables like hugo. I write my notes in Markdown in VSCode using Hugo and then I use git to push it so that GH actions can publish the blog. My parents own a tablet, so I'll try using Termux and reporting back. Maybe Vim really is enough.

Coming from Logitec g512 with red switches, to the Keychron K3 pro Gatheron red, i can say it feels much better, the typing experience is much more pleasant. Customization for the price alone is just night and day, i didn't go for the rgb mode, because i just simply couldn't care less if it will be colored or not, opted out for the white backlight, and it's simply better than expected. The only issue that i had initially with the keyboard was that, it doesn't actually reconnect automatically to my Linux workstation, but that's fine i can't really find anything that's a downgrade compared to Logitec, so least for me, it's a great investment. Also the size is great, just right for the desk, i have pretty big one, but because i test on lot of devices, i usually have my latptop, 3 monitors, 6 phones, ipad and android tablet, so saving that 35% space there really helped a lot. Bonus points for being able to use it alone with my laptop away from my desk, i can simply just lay it on top of it and use it like i do every day, something that just felt wrong with the Logitec keyboard because it was so heavy and wide.

It's a great solution, but what would be better is if you could code in VScode natively and not rely on having an internet connection.

it's great you can do this. honestly. but i don't think it can, for now, be your daily driver, even if i wished it could. Imagine running Geforce Now for pc gaming, with coding apps like on a PC, this could completely recplace your setup if run from a Samsung tablet. Crazy.
