How can I keep the auto bed leveling switch for this

I think yall sent me the wrong screw size, the brackets wont screw onto each, other the bolt keeps spinning but wont go in like its too big

How do you know where to align the rail on the Y-axis? The printed alignment tool makes sure it is aligned left to right, but how do you know where to align it front to back? Could you provide how many millimeters from the front end (or rear end) of the 4040 to line the rail up with?

so if I no longer have the original hotend on my ender 3 neo then I need to get the non neo series attachment correct? I have the red hotend like the ender 3 now not the bowden one that came on it.

Dang, I already got the entier direct drive unit. 😢 Should I send it back and just get this and use the hotend that was originally on the ender 3 neo? I have noticed that with the full unit, I am losing an inch of work space since putting the CR Touch back on 🤷🏼‍♀️

42-40 stepper as a direct drive... on a single Z leadscrew printer... and it's tilting to the side without the screw. So how's the print quality? I bet it's worse than the stock bowden.

I have 2 mgn15c 350mm long on hand wonder if this kit will work on this linear rail?? The mounting hole on the block is 25mmx25mm apart

Just got this from Amazon UK. Went together easily and very accurately made. The only issue I had is the spring tensioner bolt that has to be replaced. Using the stock stepper screws and the stock Neo extruder, the edges of the bolt hits the stock screw and I had to use pliers to turn it, it appears the stock Neo extruder is slightly different than the one in the video. I could have used a low profile screw if I'd known. Other than that, a superb kit, well done. Oh and a little tip for anyone doing this, when you come to fit the stepper bracket, screw in one of the supplied screws, screw it into each hole you intend on using to clear out the powder coating from the holes. I thought the screw threads were the wrong size until I realised. Great kit though, loved fitting it.
