Elden Ring DLC - I hate the Scadutree Avatar
This pesky Sunflower besides Radahn cooked me the most on my first playthrough. Why is it the only boss in this DLC with a hidden health bar why does it blast the player 3 times in phase 2 :( .

Spoilers : sadly there are no extra melina interactions to come from the DLC however i can make one with a bootleg melina cosplay also no spells since they trigger his ranged attacks

there's DEFINITELY time to do at least the first hit after a crit might be enough time for one after one of those combos, but i'm more mad that they never bothered to use a charged heavy

I havent seen the reskinned fell flame orb attack before. Thats cool. Also this is a weak frenzy lord. Imagine if radahn became the lord of frenzy flame. That would be horrific

@excatalyst1443 You do this on purpose? Because you are pretty danm good at the game to get no hits like this. Most people who do hitless even at lvl 1 will optimize and get really good damage still

Yes Frost Lightning should belong to spells, not incantations. I'd love to have a few of these. Frozen Lightning Glaive, Frost Lightning Storm, Frost Lightning Armor(like the Lightning Body incantation we got in DLC)

One of the must Elden Ring's player I've ever seen.
The fact you can hear plasma and flames in the dialogue, and actually see the entire mech flare up means he was literally burned alive. A fitting end for a slug with a shell.
First person I've seen to jump the meteors. It's alot more reliable than trying to roll them

At that moment frenzied flame wins, but both at its peak, the black flame wins, bc it has godslaying proprieties and the frenzied flame is just a by product of the outer god of chaos. If Melina is the one to use however, she takes the W as one flame is the hard counter of the other.
Such a good boss, firstly because he isn't on crack doing 20 combos in a row, but it's weird that it uses a sword thing instead of spamming frenzy flame, like for example the eyes in lurnia would constantly cause frenzy buildup, combat limitations I suppose.
i wanna do a run with no summons, with only zweihandler. what level do you think i should cap at?

@@D0verking69 The gloam eyed queen got killed by Maliketch. It's litteraly said in the game. She could be linked to the outer god who took the gloam eyed queen as a vessel but she isn't her.
@NigrumTigris "Defeated" by Maliketh. Doesn't say "killed." And as we know, unless FS explicitly states it's *dead,* it probably isn't.

@@dec3142 what has area to do with Boss quality? And even if that, Abyssal Woods was incredible, probably my most horrifying experience with Souls games, surpassing anything in Bloodborne.
@@suchar7175 For me the area sets a tone for the boss of that area. Now despite it being excellent in its setting, walking around the area was irritating. It seemed I would be going long distances without much happening. Then the boss fight itself, although having excellent aesthetic. His move set wasn't as good as messmer. Think I'd rather fight consort Radahn. But 'ey to each their own.
@@dec3142 yeah, everyone has different taste. I think Midra has the most rhythmic moveset (also without bs attacks like Radahn phase two) and that's what makes me love this Boss so much.

I think going forward fromsoft need to experiment with new camera types for large enemies. Because this is ridiculous.
