AWWWW MCQUEEN'S PHRASE!!
Thank you for a terrific idea I am going to use, and for speaking so clearly. I understood every word of instruction. Great tutorial!😊
Video quality is good.
THATS SO HOT WHAT.
British people who were concerned for a second because they dident realise it was Fahrenheit, not Celsius.
Enjoy Montreal! I love that city so much, I was there this summer.
Thank you! I can’t wait to go, it’ll be my first time!
She look like chris for mrbeast
Me who uses celcius: 💀
The quality of the video was very nice 👍 I love your winter knits list, I also need to make one... It's really inspiring to watch you be so excited about your knitting ideas 😊
thank you! I appreciate that! And I totally recommend writing out your ideas, it helps make sure you finish more things!
Quality was superb, love your sweater choice too. xox
Thank you, I appreciate that! This sweater is an old favorite!
Me but the opposite because hemispheres
The Winona Polo has been sitting in my favorites on Etsy for so long! It would be amazing to see your progress if you do choose to knit that one!
Oh I could totally do process check in’s or a vlog for that one! Just got the pattern today!🥳
@@_thedroppedstitch I’d love to see the process!
You slayed this! I think I’m gonna have to make one myself 😎
Ciao-goo is I think the right pronunciation but I say it the same as you at first every time 😅
Omg thank you😭 it’s been such a mystery to me
fr. i don’t get why every conversation has to turn into talking about men with some people like pls
omg the color is so washed out in this video :,,,) sorry y'all!
It’s a vibe tho 😊
"Because this is the level of DIY this is" was my favourite part of the video because I'm totally the same. Sometimes when I watch other videos I feel like a hot mess when they do things "properly" instead of with whatever they have on hand like I sometimes do. hahaha Fantastic tutorial and I'm definitely using the twill tape idea for my next crocheted bag! Thank you!
I love this comment☺️ thank you! this put a smile on my face! I totally relate- the hot mess is the fun part!!
I always add lining to my crochet projects (purses, bags). Lining just tends to add strength and durability, and a little flair. You did great 👍🏾 😊, give yourself some credit, mom will love this forever because it was made with love 💗 😊
That’s such a cute shirt!! I actually love it!!
Thank you!
That looks itchy.
Best sound ever, great transition, underrated, and a beautiful top. Paulo can take these and these! And give you! A ✨️ sub ✨️
Aw, thank you so much!
@@_thedroppedstitch of course!! <3
What is a swift?
A swift hold hanks of yarn while they’re being wound up into balls!
@@_thedroppedstitch oh thanks
I dyed paper once with avocados and I kept them freezer with the skin, until I had enough. The water was much darker and I only boilled it 1 hour. Something to try if you do it again 😊. Loved your video! The dress is lovely.
tip! don´t pull the fabric from behind while sewing in the machine, you can accidentally force it too much and your needle will break.
Great tip! Thank you, I’ll remember that next time!
Oh no.. its so cute why was it frogged? Super satisfying to watch though 😅
Thank you! The stitches are twisted and I didn’t really like the material for knit, so I’m going to use this yarn on a crochet top instead!
I think this is a great video. So much information. Thank you for putting this into a video. The reinforcement of the bag handle was something that I had never considered before. Your information made so much "real use" help to me regarding the handle of the bag, specifically. Had you not demonstrated the crocheting over the reinforcement that you used, I'm not sure that I would have understood exactly how to implement your ideas. This video and the knowledge here will help me make a better bag overall. Thank you for sharing. ❤
OMG GORGEOUS 😮😮
Thank you so much!🫶
ATEEEEE
Been there...
We craft or you go 😪💅
My autistic ass lmao 😭
I just wanna crochet doilies we can do it while hanging out or you can go 💅
Get it out. I just keep talking and talking in circles about the same shit as last time.
what's with the music. weird selection
That yarn always catches my eye at michaels, it's a dupe for a lion brand yarn called scarfie but I never buy it because its a roving (ish) yarn and roving yarns of all types (even wool) are notorious for pilling because it has little to no twist to give it structural integrity. It's so pretty though!
Oh I’ve never heard of the lion brand one! Yeah the lack of structure is tough
used this for a bag and it sucks!! it was just so pretty i couldn’t pass it up :(
None of us are safe from the temptations of pretty impractical yarn😭
I have a ton of the facets yarn and i hate it. Pretty to look at but thats it
It’s SUCH a shame because it’s so beautiful, but otherwise totally useless
My husband would like this video
COMMENTING ON EVERY VIDEO USING THIS SOUND😭
I saw u and not every but I am going too
Whyy
i bought that yarn 2 years ago, tried a small project with it and havent touched it since 😅 i cpulsnt stand how it works up, wbich is unfortunate because i think the color options are so cute
I totally agree, the colors are awesome. It’s such a shame
I love chatty videos like this! def down for more podcast episodes
Dang yarn that pills a bunch... my only idea for that is maybe it's good for tapestry crochet? Because once you finish working with it, there wouldn't be any more rubbing.
That’s honestly a really good thought! Once it’s on the wall it’s done!
@@_thedroppedstitch I can picture that striping yarn as a background for a John Elliot Knits tapestry
I'm so inspired to make the Hallon dress since watching your vlog yesterday. I don't think I'm quite ready to make it but it's a goal for sure!
The blanket behind you is epic!!!!!
Thank you!☺️ my great grandmother made this blanket decades ago!
@@_thedroppedstitch what a treasure 🥹 I hope you feel her clear love for color and yarn as you snuggle up with your wips! Well worth the time and change in perspective.
That’s exactly why I keep it where I work☺️ it’s an amazing reminder! Thanks for saying that!
This is one reason I use anti-pilling yarn a lot.
Do you have any particular ones you recommend?
That cardigan is going to be super cute.
Thank you! I haven’t gotten around to it much since filming this, though I did do the second sleeve! Hoping to make some progress this week :)

It’s my go to cast on but not just provisionally. It’s my standard cast on, you just have to mind the last loop since crocheting around the need will leave 1 extra loop from the unfinished chain but since I work in the round 98% of the time I just use that as a joining chain 😅
