Aussie spark over in UK for ten years now...the old AS 3000 i first got it in 1990. The way yiu just explained it i remember it was fairly simple to navigate. The regs book over here is a nightmare in comparison
Your video was great, thanks, I wonder if I can start as apprentice and working with you?
Im going into year 11, with the school i can do a cert II in electrotechnology but it takes 2 years to complete, would u reccomend dropping out and doing it full time so i can het started sooner
What would be the best practice for cable sizing for a 32A single phase wall socket to install a Tesla Gen 3 wall connector on a 63A 240V circuit? I think Tesla refer to OFHC stranded solid copper cable but I don't see OFHC cables for home use in Oz!
Did you ever consider changing your name to cordy?
Has anyone ever used the orange irrigation PVC pipe cutters? Honestly I prefer them over the normal conduit cutters. A lot smaller and lighter for the tool bag, and easier on the hands. They don’t use a ratchet mechanism instead you simply rotate the conduit around as you press the blade in.
Anyone got any advice on switching from uni to electrician? 22years old about to graduate from comp sci, not sure how id go about it

I love to work as an electrician in Australia so under what program can I move from India to Australia?
This is a really good video! I’m dealing with bully’s at my work place and I’m thinking about dropping out. Im not sure what to do 😅
Im an electrician in the uk , I've just started getting into the packout system , they are supposed to be bringing out a rolling base drawer in January 2025 , so I've bought the 2 and 3 drawer packout , large toolbox and a crate , and i got a base mount to fit on my bosch L box cart, so im going to use that to wheel them around until the rolling drawer is out
big ups the crumbling castle
i swear by the marvel cross cuts i have 2 pairs
Great vid mate, been a sparky forever and appreciate your passion
This is a great informative video! Thank you!
I once paid a sparkie $3000 bucks to install 22 LED lights, 5 Dual GPO's, 2 fans , an extraction fan and wire in an AC. Smashed the job in 12 hours straight Old timers were very hard workers, now that work would take a week, that's if you ever see the sparky after they take your 30% deposit for the materials
whats is the avg neto salary for industrial electricians in Australia now brother?
Hey man, can you make more videos. Very interesting watching your videos
Hi is Sparky work hard on the body??
Do you think I should become a sparky or machanic
brother can we get the license, right after the cert 3 completion ?
feels like with a recession looming it would be slim pickings to find an apprenticeship and give up my currently rather stable job... anyone in the industry with insight?
I use the same pliers but usually end up resorting to banana peel... My problem is there is always more pressure on bottom blade so it digs into cable while top blade barely scores the sheeth, any tips?
I have the same problem with my crosscut pliers, ended up swapping to pinch cut pliers and it works a charm as they’re equal on both sides.
Am very interested, I'm building electronics in France 🇫🇷 but I want to move to Australia 🇦🇺.
Hi What about boxes in external walls.
i got Wiha combination pliers. barely any use and one of the insulated handles is slipping off. so much for their voltage rating.
Just got into your video's mate, Hopefully you start making them again! So good
Thanks. There’s a lot to electrical installation work no doubt. And so there should be. But where do I find your video on how to install a double electric socket?
I appreciate your mental health advise...
My son has just started an electrical apprenticeship in Melbourne, and his main task is lifting up solar panels. His team does not like him since he is shorter than other team members. it is hard to find a place in Noth Queensland.
Great video Corey. Good to see someone explain stuff in simple language. Some basic how to videos would be good eg. installing a dimmer switch, fan switch etc. cheers
Can you make another video showing how you would quickly strip and connect a quick connect plug base mid cable?
Great video thanks Please could you teach us ways how connect and splice wires
