Chen really deserves the 1st spot. He has a perfect vocal technique and range. He can go higher and lower with a good technique that can't ruin his voice or something like that. On the other hand, Kyungsoo uses chest-dominant when belting high notes (you can notice it) and that's the problem of it but I love his voice (rnb kinda) and runs because it is so hard to do it. From my opinion, Xiumin deserves higher rank. His voice is very underrated and unappreciated by most of the fans. I'm waiting for Xiulo!

For me , Their vocals have defferent colours. I love all members vocals. Can not choose one voice among them. can not campare because they have defferent ranges. As EXO-L , I love all of them saranghae

we talk abt technique right? than its not about who can reach the highest note right? actually the trinity is really untouchable, the other member is great, but cant get close to the top 3. That happen too between the 3 of them, Chen is in the top (even tho his voice isnt my favorite but its a denial if I say he's not on top, he has all the technique a singer needed) while D.O and Baek almost similar, but Baek has a greater range and D.O (he's my ult bias and my fav voice, but I'm trying not to be biased in here) is more the stable one, even when everyone already out of breath he still sound the same and we cant forget abt his runs, he's the best among all of them. For the other, I really like Suho and Chanyeol tone (biased), and Xiumin actually as great as Suho, but they are underrated. They both can easily be a main vocalist if the holy trinity isnt there. Chanyeol has a great voice, but he's a little bit lack of technique cs he's the rapper. But I love it when he sing and his rap is my favorite in idol world. For Lay, actually his tone isnt my favorite, and I barely hear him singing (sorry). I once listen to him sing a Chinese song (I forgot the name) and I'm a little bit surprised that he can reach that high note. Even tho not as great as the other but he know what to do while singing. For Kai, he's an amazing dancer, we all know that, but maybe bcs he's to focus on dancing, his voice barely has development, he's great now, but at first he barely sing on the right note and sounds flat actually. And I'm really sorry for Sehun, but he has the worst technique among them all, he sounds so flat and barely can sing in the right note, even at first his rap isnt really that great, and I used to think that he's in EXO just for his visual (it was, but not anymore), but I know (we all know) he's working hard and his voice get significant development after that. So my final rank : 1. Chen 2. D.O , Baekhyun 3. Suho, Xiumin 4. Lay 5. Chanyeol 6. Kai 7. Sehun

WHO CARES WITH THE RANKING WHEN EVERYONE KEEPS WRECKING ME WITH THEIR VOCALS . . . . Well, there are certain songs/genres that each individual would suit their voice sooo. 🤔

To me (also until 2020 since I'm here almost 4 years after), these are them from best to worst (even if they all can sing at least a bit, and Sehun improved much <3) : 1. Jongdae: Vocal king wbk, I don't have to add anything cause he has the best technique, biggest vocal range (he literally can go deeper and higher than all of them - except that Minseok is the one who can go higher, but they are really close) and most flexible voice in the group and in most of kpop. 2. Baekhyun: Literally he goes so high that sometimes he seems to sing like a girl idk why but I find it so beautiful. He has a really good technique and his mixed voice is almost perfect, especially in El Dorado, I get C H I L L S. overall he has a big range, especially with high notes, and his falsetto is so soave to the ears omg - again when he goes high with his falsetto he seems like it's a girl singing idk how he does that but he's the only one in EXO with this ability and I L O V E it. 3. Kyungsoo: No one does runs better than him in here, even if he doesn't have a high range comparing to the two above, but he's a main vocal for a reason, cause he's so good and has a better technique than the ones I'm ranking after. 4. Minseok: Before CBX debuted I didn't know he was that good, although I expected him to have a good technique and a high range, but he proved that he's a better singer than the others below (with Junmyeon he has a tie to me tho), and omg I was so surprised. He's really so close to Kyungsoo and I didn't expect that aT ALL. 6 (5). Junmyeon: Actually with Minseok it's a tie to me, they have different techniques that are equally good. He definitely has the best falsetto here, you can't fight me, it makes his voice seem so angelic, soave and melancholic at times. It's with the head voice that he still struggles a bit. He has a really unique and angelic tone that no one has in EXO. 5. Yixing: Honestly him and Min are really close, they have different techniques that are still really good and also different types of voices, so it's confusing but he can't reach some of the high notes Minseok can, and sometimes he does seem to be forcing his voice a bit too much when he goes so high. Anyways, overall he's still sooooo good. 7. Chanyeol: At first I didn't understand how good he possibly could've been because he had a really deep tone that is a bit rough, and I usually like higher voices, though even then, I still ranked him 7th, but as I listened to him I could see that he could go high with his voice and I actually didn't expect him to have a range that was this large. I also didn't expect his falsetto to be this cute and pleasant, I can fall asleep listening to him. 8 (more like 7). Kai: Actually I'd put him 7th like Chanyeol, I mean, he isn't really able to show how good he is but listening to him I can see that, even having different types of voices, him and Chan have a technique that is almost equally good and a really similar range, even though he has a deeper voice. 9. Sehun: Here we are talking about Sehunie. I have to say that he improved sooooo much, especially since 2018. now I can see him being more comfortable and singing higher notes. He's starting to have a better technique and a bigger range, I can see that he really is working hard. I really hope we'll get to hear him singing more and maybe he can drop some songs where he sings a lot, if he ever will do a solo album (stream On Me).

i'd swith baek and kyungsoo, because baekhyun has a larger and higher vocal range, el dorado is a perfect example, while kyungsoo's voice tends to crack with so much high notes. i mean they are still really close but baekhyun even in 2016 was in the second place.
