Ghormeh Sabzi is one of the most popular and delicious Iranian stews, made with aromatic and flavorful herbs, along with meat and red kidney beans. To complete the taste of this stew, dried lime is added.
Iranians enjoy this stew with rice, and it is typically served with yogurt, Shirazi salad, and raw onions on the side.
