Dear Victor, this guitar is great! I always think about the tummy cut on yours and why it is missing on Forshage's and Klein's (headless) models. I only can think of your design comes with a thick body, whilest the other 2 luthiers' guitars are thin (only 4-5 cm deep). I honestly prefer your design for more acousticish sound and easier carrying (not bulky).

Victor, I need a guitar that sounds like this or your model 13 but is as resistant to feedback as a 335. If you can do that I will buy it when I retire in 2 years. Terrific composing.

I just acquired a Victor Baker 2006! It is as wonderful an instrument as my Jimmy D’Aquisto 1972 New Yorker. That’s saying a lot!

i’ve been playing this song every day for the last 10 months and on every guitar i played ,this song got such a tone too it that is so hard too replicate, i absolutely love this song

Hello Victor,would you give me some tips for doing that kind of "antique" violin finish? I'm starting to build my first archtop and i'm trying to find information about this style of finish, but even though is popular i haven't found much information abour the process. What causes that color variation? Do you select some areas and add a darker/more concentrated stain there? Or is it done by sanding after applying the stains, and the color variation is "random"?

Love the"cello" finish. Wonder how it would sound with a floating pup and controls on a raised pickguard? I'm a big fan of the ebony tailpiece and the Manzer(ish) armrest.

here's an idea Victor,, get the timber down to the right thickness , & then sandblast a bit more, the harder grain will be outstanding , ribbed , & the softer timber removed, the vibrations allowed to travel along the grain with less mass to move.. cheer Jules
