Women should know strong living without men and sex too. Make sure don't forget all the documents everywhere they go. If lost or they don't get documents and call the cops too try to get records
No, there should be no clemency. If they are here illegally, then they should be deported. They should have thought about this before they came in. Such hard measures are required l otherwise, people just take things for granted. She still has an option to come in legally now by applying through legal means
No
Abiding by the law has nothing to do with mercy. If you want to go the criminal route it's your personal decision.

I think the couple got too relaxed, comfortable and did not think about their timing for planning additional children. Well the wife got to live here in her husband's country, now he may get to live in his wife native country.
He needs to join them in Mexico
I have lots of EVIDENCE, I made the report, but no one has contacted me, I'm still waiting, and I have the EVIDENCE in a very SAFE PLACE. I've ever ask them to them to contact me so I can give the evidence to them. This person is now playing the VICTIM. And this person has a WANTED PERSON WARRANTY out for them, and the WARRANTY state whom ever finds this person must send them back. This person is now doing everything you just explained in this video.
I am for it. One of my closest friend attempted suicide because he was baited into a sham marriage by a family Pakistani nationalists. They emotionally manipulated him into a marriage after knowing him for 2 months in order for him to file the "spouse"'s green card, and when that came back declined within 2 months, they started accusing him of abuse, and pretty much demanded he do X, Y, and Z things to save the marriage, while concurrently baiting him for VAWA. Once he went completely no contact they filed for a fraudulent DVPO, which failed, and then tried extorting him multiple times. There was tremendous abuse inflicted, but not on the immigrant.. it was afflicted on a USC that was neurotypical and taken advantage for it. Her family was recorded screaming at him after separation, saying things like "why did the green card come back", "you sabatoged it on purpose". The person saying this was the ex-head of engineering for a top home retail startup... Such a sickening case.
Thank You sir for the update you are the most experienced attorney keep it up ❤❤

Good day, I have B1/2 visa in USA from 05.11.2024 to 04.05.2025. Now I have a business trip scheduled from 01.03.2025 to 25.05.2025, do I need to leave the US immediately after my visa expires? 04.05.2025? Or can I stay until the end of the trip on 25.05.2025 and will I not pay fines?
I highly recommend that you avoid discussing your specific immigration case online, as the government has access to electronic records and frequently monitors them. Additionally, please note that our office provides free general advice. For case-specific questions, feel free to call the office and schedule a paid consultation. Thank you for your understanding!

David, Thank you. Three comments: - I got your email about VAWA. That program was rife with Fraud as you say and very damaging to some of the men who married foreign women. I know of one case where this lady destroyed someone's (my co-worker) life. People like that destroy programs for legitimate cases. - We work with young Afghani refugees as volunteers. One of them just got approved for Asylum, so she is a lucky one, but many have cases pending. While they have temporary work permits, they are as a group that is vulnerable as they cannot go back there and if they are barred here, it is a death trap. - U and T visas are also rife with fraud in less frequency than VAWA, but I have one person who is waiting on her U Visa via Catholic Charities, and they are very much in disarray with the volume of people needing their service. Is there a set of countries that are more likely to get approval? I see lot of cases from African countries that are exploding in frequency I appreciate your segment on the family immigration, there are some groups that are coming here and then declaring themselves indigent. That hurts legitimate need for social services. There are some segments of Trump policy I can support to remove the fraud from the system Good luck and Thanks
Thank you for your feedback! You’re absolutely right that, unfortunately, some individuals may attempt to fraudulently apply for government programs. This is not limited to immigration; we see similar issues in other areas such as welfare, unemployment, taxes, and PPP programs. However, I genuinely believe that the vast majority of VAWA cases are legitimate and deserving of support. You’ve raised an important point about potential VAWA fraud, and I appreciate you bringing it up. To address this concern, I’ve recorded a video discussing a recent USCIS initiative aimed at combating fraudulent VAWA filings, which I’ll be sharing next week. I hope it will provide valuable insights on this topic! Please continue to provide feedback on the topics you would like us to discuss for future videos.
Thank you for the information

Am so happy Trump is back again…
Thank you for your comment! I believe in the importance of having multiple political parties in the United States to represent diverse viewpoints. While I respect everyone's right to vote for whom they choose, I have concerns about supporting individuals with a history of serious legal issues such as sexual assault and tax evasion. I think that many of his supporters may find themselves facing unintended consequences of certain policies, such as job losses due to tariffs, potential deportations affecting their loved ones, and changes to health insurance under the Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare). Additionally, there are concerns about reductions in benefits like Medicaid, Social Security, and Disability. I appreciate your perspective and welcome open discussions about these important topics!
Deport dont support! Maga!!!!!!!
Do you think Vietnamese immigrants who came to America with a final order of deportation from an immigration judge will be deported back now that Trump is president?
President Trump, PLEASE don't deport people who was here before Biden/Harris time in the White House. Just deport people who came here through the open border in which they relied on government support!! If people already here worked, had family and lived independently without government support then PLEASE let them stay here work until they qualify for green cards. because there are a big group of those immigrants whom relatives vote for you too. Since, They think you are a good president that why they vote for you.
Unfortunately, there are plans for "mass deportation" under the current administration, and it has not been indicated that immigrants who were in the U.S. prior to the Biden/Harris administration will be exempt. I understand that if you or your family voted for Donald Trump, you may now have some regrets about that decision. While we can't change the outcome of the vote, it's important to focus on the future and find ways to support one another during these challenging times.

Hello sir, I'm in process now to get my dv visa, afrer getting the visa is there will be any problems to entry after January 2025 ?
Thank you for reaching out! I recommend that you speak with your immigration attorney for tailored advice on your specific situation. Our office provides free general information, but for detailed case strategy, we would require a scheduled paid consultation. We appreciate your understanding!
I need to report marriage fraud, my ex used me to get a green card
The free ride is over there are Americans living paycheck to paycheck and not being able to afford food or homeless while illegals are getting link and money all taxpayers money mass deportation take your seat mr president we're you belong this black and indian woman voted for you
It's only if you are illegal immigrants
what will happen to EB3 Unskilled category, will there be further backlogs? will there be more scrutiny? will there be any green cards for this category?
Based on my experiences during the prior Trump administration, I think it’s important to prepare for the following potential impacts, as the administration has signaled that they plan on having much stricter immigration policies, such as: 1. Increased Backlogs: We may see further delays for employment-based immigration cases, leading to longer wait times. 2. Stricter Requirements: There could be more stringent immigration requirements imposed on both sponsoring employers and foreign national employees. 3. Limited Visa Additions: It seems less likely that the government will introduce additional visa numbers for employment-based immigration. I hope this information helps you understand what to expect moving forward!
BuIlshit… As if realistic people are going to wait 10 years ban Outside America for a Spouse Visa and spend all that exorbitant money and Gamble again??? Good luck to any idiot that will choose to sacrifice their personal lives and children when they are already inside the America and working by some possible means. 🇺🇸 California is a sanctuary state and offers drivers licenses. 🪪 Nobody is doing a stupid 601 waiver and spend all that money again. 10 years of Pure Gamble!!!
I don't think you understand what the I-601A waiver does. It allows foreign nationals to apply for a waiver of the 10-year ban. Only if it is approved, will the foreign national need to go overseas and attend a visa interview. If you review our videos, we have at least 2-3 client/video testimonials related to the I-601A process. Generally, foreign nationals will only need to be out of the U.S. for 1-2 months. The I-601A is only a gamble if you file it yourself or with an inexperienced attorney. Thank you for your input.
@@realwinninglaw Easy for you to say when you are talking from an ivory pedestal as an attorney but IF this gamble is failed and rejected by an immigration officer at the Embassy Outside the USA for whatever capricious reason - the immigrant is F!!! and cannot enter America for ten year ban while having had spent all that time, effort and RISK. Your intentions may appear sweet and noble but it is NOT a Risk that many are willing to take especially when the Children are already here, with possible work, transportation and the Resilience and Resolve to wait it out until the right President comes along and gives this Pardon. Even if they wait forever, the waiting INSIDE America is always 100% worth it.
@@VENEZIO-u8d It's heartwarming to see your compassion for undocumented individuals. While there are no guarantees of success in any case, it’s important to recognize that foreign nationals have the option to either remain in the shadows indefinitely or take proactive steps towards obtaining lawful immigration status and building a future in America. Every decision comes with its own set of risks. For instance, each day when you step outside, there's a possibility of facing unexpected challenges, like accidents or theft. However, there are situations where the potential benefits far outweigh these risks.
I’ll say it again. Obama deported more illegals than any president in our history
biden's program is already dead.
Will the Trump immigration reform affects the green card holders either conditional or permanent residence.
Reform? We do not understand your question.
😂
@@realwinninglawmy question is that, what effect would Trump coming immigration policies have on conditional greencard holder or permanent residence greencard. Does he have power as President to revoke the existing greencards?
@@Hgboll It is so refreshing to see your enthusiasm about learning more about the immigration process! Yes, the new president/Trump may make it more difficult to renew Green Cards or apply for the USCIS Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Currently, it is taking up to 48 months for an I-751 petition to adjudicate. This is due to lack of government personnel. If Trump does not allocate sufficient funds/resources to review immigration filings, the amount of time used to adjudicate immigration petitions/applications will skyrocket. Also, a lack of funding may lead to inadequately trained immigration officers. Additionally, there is a process called denaturalization. Not only can this process strip a LPR's Green Card away, but it can take away their naturalization status. You can read more here: chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/immpolicytracking.org/media/documents/ACLU_Fact_Sheet_on_Denaturalization.pdf.
Very informative video. You essentially answered all the questions I had regarding immigrants and marginalized people when Trump won. Very disheartening but incredibly helpful info. Thanks!
You're welcome!
i need to report multiple sham marriages done by illegal immigrant
My husband is filing for me and he is a us citizen is the i864 I must use
Maybe. If your husband is filing an I-130 petition for you, you do not need the I-864. However, if you are filing an I-485 application, you will need this form.
Can anyone tell me if filing i290b allows me to stay in US? Allows me to leave the country? Is this information also seriously held to ransom?
It is hard to answer, since information about your immigration history is required. This is why you can't find a generic answer about this, because it depends on the individual.
My case was denied and I need to know if we are in a position to use i290b. USCIS requested missing information following i864. We responded with exactly what they requested. They then denied based on "missing information"-proof of my husband (sponsor) citizenship, and up to date form. Heres the issue-when the form was filled in and sent it was in date, a new edition was released days later. This is not our fault. Regarding the missing proof of citizenship-this was sent initially-USCIS did NOT ask us to send EVERYTHING relating to i864 again, only the missing docs. We followed their instruction, and they screwed us. Should we file i290b or should I just give up now before we spend even more time, money and stress on this ridiculous process. I am British, married to a US govt worker, I pay taxes, I own a house here, my son is American.
Great information thank you
Good day Sir, can my US citizen spouse withdraw the i-130 after I have received my 10 years greencard, he has always threatening me of withdrawing i-130 whenever we have any little misunderstanding.
If the I-130 petition has already been approved and you have already received your Green Card, the I-130 petition cannot be revoked. However, USCIS can always accuse you of marriage fraud and issue a Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR). If your spouse is threatening to provide false information/documents to USCIS, you should retain an experienced immigration attorney to help you collect documents to prove your marriage. Unfortunately, we see this happen more than a handful of times.
