Hello Gus I am am welder for more than 20 yrs I have been doing lots of structural and small amount of pipe. I would like to figure out a way to maybe step into your level if you don’t mind helping me learn from your knowledge and others to proceed in that level, I’ve used the pipeline for more than eight years, but I see you welding pipe as you are. I would like to be closer to home to well like your job succeeds to be.

Hey Gus, I just had to unsubscribe because all of your videos are now in Spanish which doesn't help me. You used to have good information and a growing channel.

Never seen someone eyeball a flange with a square like that! Definitely a quick method! I’ve always had the square on the flange face and measured off the pipe. The best fab guys know how to use their tolerances to make them faster. Nice work man!

Hey man, thanks for referring me to this video! You can sure stack it in there on a roll out! I use a similar counterweight however I made mine where I can bolt on a flange and move to wherever needed. How do you figure the take off when laying out the gap when your using the beveling machine? I recently bought a set of beveling machines and am curious if it’s kinda a guess on how much the bevel will add to the over all or some kind of formula to figure it out based to the thickness of the pipe. Thanks again!
