I love these! Used to make them when my kids were little, but we called them Mexican Wedding Cake cookies. I've also heard them called Italian Wedding Cake cookies and Snowballs. I like them being Snowballs for Christmas time! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Reading the ingredients they sound amazing, but definitely more like a bread or a muffin. Frying them would have made all the difference I think, but what do I know, I've never made a donut in my life! Fun watching you though!
I made the mistake of using a borderline too small pan to mix the pasta and oil, so things were getting chaotic really fast over here right as they were getting chaotic for you as well 🤣 this might be a new family favorite already!! I initially wrote a bit of a snarky response, but thought better of it because I really want you to hear me: Covid isn’t over just because you’re over it. Mask wearing is incredibly smart and responsible. I don’t know anything about Michelle’s private life, but my guess is she’s doing the loving thing and looking out for someone she cares about who is disabled or immuno-compromised. Or maybe she doesn’t want to get Long Covid, which is just as valid! It’s just so strange to ask someone why they’re wearing a mask when we’re still living in a pandemic.
My coworker's friend died of covid last week, she was only 44. It's still very much around.

Have you ever tried making hot sauce the fermented way. Cause I too make habanero hot sauce except I do just pineapple habanero since I don’t like peaches. And I do it the fermented way. Takes longer, but the end product results are a lot more flavorful.
I have! I have tried it once before with Portuguese hot peppers and pineapple. It was delicious. It is in my plans to try this recipe and ferment it. Knowing it can be done is inspiring! So thank you 😊 I’ll have to try it.
