    Congratulations, Chef Grace Young. You are absolutely right: When you lose a place that you have been eating in all your life, when it shutters, a part of you dies with it. Several places that I used to go to eat with my parents have all closed. Thank you for standing with the AAPI community and keeping the great tradition of Wokking and Traditional Chinese Cuisine alive for future generations.

    Congratulations To You Jacques. I have Been watching you On Television for over 30 years, learning the techniques you make look so Easy. I currently cook for Young children at a local Boarding home, making delicious foods that the children enjoy. I am forever in your Debt, and You are My Hero Jacques. Happy Cooking!!
