Let me know what modifications and recommendations you have as being an duramax owner and past experience with what works good with ...

Suzuki Samurai 3.4 Swap - Barnes 4wd 4 Link Install
Просмотров 7 тыс.Год назад
In todays episode the samurai gets a suspension again.. well almost a full suspension. Used the Barnes4wd upper triangulation kit, but had to make my own upper link mount as you'll see in the video. The 3.4 does not play nice with upper link locating at the frame side. Tune in next episode where I address the shock hoops, air bumps, and get some paint on some parts! Hope to have this on its own...

Johnny Moon Garage - Samurai 3.4 Swap Build Series!
Love the video John, still one of my favorite rigs out there! I think we need to do a video together this winter on a snow run where we swap rigs. I started from samurai’s and made my way to jeeps, you started from jeeps and went the other way, cool stuff.
I was looking at RC Crawlers and run across this monster. Nice 👍🏾Awesome rig. Love what you did with the Samurai.
@@OGRadGrow haha well it’s like one but just a bit larger!
Move your face out the way

Cool build! Subbed!
@@xTinBenderX appreciate it! 👍🏻👍🏻
That is an awesome rig! You’ve got to do a video with Nate showing the two samurais side by side.
@@NpackT man id love to! But im a small fish in the ocean!
I watched your whole build series and am surprised you don’t have more subs. 😎

Always been a fan of this suki, fan of the exo design. Just finishing up my 5vz swap on my 91 pickup maybe next month 🤷🏽♂️, subscribed
I found this video while I was searching a way to install my stock sway bar back onto my samurai and this awesome rig comes up. Makes my project Suzuki look like nothing. But some good points and motivation to keep going.
What’s your wheelbase ?
awesome rig, quick question regarding the 3rd member, is it from a fj80 high pinion ?
Great work work dude! This rig has come along nicely 🤘🏻
Мне очень помогло , спасибо!
You need welding classes
Yes Sir, Nice job workin the shoe horn. Got me 88-square dash 1.3. toy 3k carb, little shackle kit235/75/15 Mt. good frame decent body. Love have some more power say 100-125 total so double . Yeah double be good. Like to shift n 5 in 2hi and mash down and pick up speed not lose momentum on flat ground. Lol. Loved to go down turnpike and pass people. Yeah it's bad when the guy that's out of gas and pushing to the exit passes ya and your all out. Given her all the beans 🫘 lol.loved the video nice job again. Can't wait to see what it do. Stay safe from ur ole hillbilly buddy.
Awesome build!
Glad to see the passion! Thanks for the vid
Id be interested in how you wired up the 3.4 , i did a 22re in one and couldn't get it to run unless the toyota speedo was plugged in.
Good luck bro
NICE!!! Super clean
Yesssssss!
Nice johnny
Great job 👏 👍 👌
that skeleton zombie toyota is ssoo sick
Lookin good man🤘😎
Looks like a fun time 🤘😎
I recognize those hills in the background. Building a tin top myself, pretty similar really but a K24 instead of a 3.4. I'd like to to check it out and swap ideas if you got time.
Great 👍 👌 👍
Looking good on the build, going to be awesome. Finishing up on mine right now, drove it first time today since I started the rebuild.
Hell yeah congrats man! I’m thinking in a couple months I’ll be able to drive it around! Fingers crossed
Love the build man! So nice! What part of Washington you in?
Thanks man! It’s slow but I’m enjoying my time with it! I’m out in camas/Washougal area
Nothing like a supercharger whine....well maybe a turbo lol
A real good decition, a great Swap. Regards and best wishes from Copiapó, Chile.
Nice Sammy and a great projet. regards and best wishes from Copiapó, Chile.
Very cool swap. Always thought 3.4 would be perfect for a flat fender Jeep. A Sammy is pretty much the same thing.
Man, that’s crazy how much snow’s up there now compared to a month ago, sweet video man!
Fun hangin with you guys that day, hope to catch up again
Sweet!! That Sidekick is BA!
Very clean truck! nice to see one not ruined by salt like everything out east around where i live lol
bit loud on music i find my self adjusting volume a lot. Just trying to help.
Awesome edit dude
Nice build, thing is going to be bas ass. We run three sammis in our group.Southeastern Ohio
Nice man! I never really got into the samurai scene until I had one, but having a small little capable rig thats ultra lightweight is what I love the most about it. And surprisingly me and brother who are both tall fit inside pretty well! Better than a single cab toyota! If we were closer wed have to link up!
Wow nace
Coming along awesome! great work and editing
Thankyou! I appreciate! I just subbed to your channel a couple weeks ago 🤙🏻
@@johnnymoongarage thanks!!
I think you may seriously want to consider swapping out for an automatic using a clutch does not seem to be your thing another option might be going to a center force clutch..
Pretty series of spot welds.
