Kiriko is my least favorite hero design in the game. Blizzard was just like, lets make a cute anime girl and put her in supp, the girls and nerds will love it. Start off by giving her lock on heals, then an insanely strong utility, then giving her another get out of jail card, and a silent projectile that is deceptively very easy to use, one of the best ults in the game, and on top of that a wall climb and a tiny fucking hitbox. She has way too much and people still complain that she is weak. Unreal

Also out of curiosity, how did you imagine Kiriko countering the DPS passive, when all a DPS hero needs to do to apply the passive onto an enemy tank is to literally shoot another bullet at them? It'd be pretty silly for Kiriko to waste her cooldowns for that. You have some of the worst takes on this game.

You don't understand, the invulnerability is broken not because of its longevity but because it basically counters every attack thats one big burst of damage witch is alot of abilites and ultimates, you basically hard counter dva bomb, meteor strike, junker queen ult, orisa ult, slam, sigma ult, bastion ult, dead eye, junkrat ult, tracer ult, but those are just the hard counters. you can straight up counter nearly every ultimate with the right timing with some exceptions being ults that last really damn long and still do tons of damage example: solider aimbot but majority of the time with good timing you just win with no punishment, no drawbacks, no support ability should counter this many ults and heal a decent amount...
