Didn’t recognize anything until you stopped at the light at Alameda and Ironton. I on Ironton for several years (as well as several other places in Aurora). I remember a sign that read Gateway to the Rockies. I’m sure that’s been replaced with Gateway to the Colorado State Penitentiary.

Certain parts are ratchet but it's mostly friendly neighborhoods.

@@dgh6134 not confused. I grew up in Aurora and never visited Aurora, Illinois. I did recognize a few of the spots you drove around to. Every once in awhile I google map my old neighborhood and look around. Which part of Aurora did you live?
