Running a Kilometer every time I miss a free throw

I shoot 100 Free Throws, with one twist. Every time I miss, I have to run a kilometer. Also, after 5 misses, I have to spin the wheel and do a challenge while I run the kilometer. I end up running 20 miles in this one. It's a lot of fun. If you have any challenge ideas for me, let me know! Thanks for watching! :) #freethrows #basketball #runner #run #distancerunning #running #challenge #fitness...

    Here through your minimalist packing video. Watched a couple of other videos, like how you transformed your body video. You seem like a really chill guy and are already inspiring to watch! I myself can definitely relate to caring or being scared of what others think. It made me stop with a few youtube channels over the last 10 years. With going through my teens and being afraid of what mates thought about it. As well as not pursuing skateboarding and other things you'd usually do in public. I'm almost 23 y/o now and caring less and less. Because at the end of the day; you only have a finite of time to make the most of your life, most people really only care about themselves and won't remember you and if your friends make fun of you then well... they're not *real* friends, as they don't love you for the real you Have an amazing day and can't wait for more videos that YOU want to make :)

    Hello Noah, from Ouray, Colorado! Thank you very much for sharing your experiences with your Osprey travel backpack, as well as what you packed. Ha....many of the channels out there tout these $100 t-shirts that are made from merino wool; and you kill it with some performance shirts. I walk a LOT for my daily exercise as I'm a broken retired army guy and can't run any more. My $12 synthetic shirts from walmart serve me well. I wouldn't necessarily carry those as I'm sure I'd get booted from some nicer restaurants hehehe. Did you find that the quantities of shirts and shorts/pants worked out for you on your trip? Safe travels. I'll check out your vlogs of your travels.

    • @noahanderson14
      @noahanderson14 День назад

      Performance shirts are the way to go! Mine were around that same $12 price range, lol. I personally didn't have any issues with restaurants kicking me out for not being fancy enough, but I also typically opted for the cheaper options 😅. My clothes consisted of 1 Raincoat 1 Thin Polyester Quarter-Zip Two Long Sleeve Athletic Fit (Polyester) Shirts 5 T-Shirts (4 Polyester, 1 Cotton) 1 Swimsuit 4 Pairs Polyester Shorts 2 Pairs of Pants (1 Khaki, 1 Casual Sweat Style) and honestly that was perfect for me. I usually rewore each piece of clothing once and would wash my clothes every 10 days or so. Hope that helps!

      @@noahanderson14 Hi there! That is all really awesome information! Thank you very much for taking the time to list it out! For me, if I've showered in the evenings after the days events, it is not like I would be turbo funky after then next day's events. I call it a "clean sweat", so to speak. It's not like I'd be camping for 7 days and trying to do downtown visits during that time hehehe. So, even with the cheaper polyester type shirts, I should be able to score a second wear out them; maybe a day or two later. So, I do travel for my work. And the beauty is I am only on duty to get my boss to a location and then to get him back home; I'm off in between. Therefore, I can practice a cloths set up during my work trips, basically. Instead of traveling with a suitcase, I could transition to backpack life and refine on the fly, so to speak. I do have to wear a collared button up shirt for our travel days. Aside from that, I mostly walk and explore......or go hiking, where ever we are at.
