Thank you for sharing your journey 💜💜💜
Congratulations just found u today! Give us an update! Would love to see how you’ve maintained. ❤❤❤
🌸
Hey sister in Christ, thank you for sharing your spiritual convictions for vsg and supporting it with scripture. Your video was very encouraging and enlightening.
Vlogmas
Everything you said is so true!! Great job with the weight loss
Thanks so mich! I'm overdue with posting the 2 year update
This looks like it might be good, but I couldn't watch it. After 4 minutes, I just couldn't put up with the talking breaking up anymore
Congratulations hun!! I just came across yr vid/channel. Keep up the good work!! 😁🎉🥰🙌🏾
I just watched your 3 month update and you were talking about how you were eating sweets and you felt like you had a good relationship with food and could just eat a few and keep it pushing. I see here that you feel that eliminating those foods is best. I'm glad you are moving in that direction now. If you were already having sweets at 3 months and figuring out how to have them, that's a slippery slope in the long term. Great job lady
Thank you. I do what works for me in the moment. Now, I can eat sweets within reason. There may be some seasons when I have to go back to not eating them at all.
My surgery date is Friday and I just found your video I’m so happy for you I’m so excited to get started on my journey now thank u for your videos
Thank you for watching! Hope you are recovering well.
Love it, “let me be clear, Jesus is my homie.” Love it, love it! Not enough of us proclaim that Jesus is the way! Congratulations on your revaluation! 🎉I’m 3 weeks out from surgery and really needed to hear this! ❤
Congratulations on surgery date!
💛💛💛💛💛💛💛
Thank you for watching!
Did you drive home by yourself or did you have someone come get you? Thats my struggle... They don't allow an uber or Lyft and I dont really have anyone in the area.
Someone pick me up, but my hospital did allow for Lyft or Uber home. I know that this isn’t a journey that people feel comfortable sharing with everyone but it’s gonna be impaired. Did they at least one person in your life is doing this journey with you. If that person doesn’t drive, perhaps you can talk to your hospital or surgeons office about that and see if there’s a work around. If you have someone that is willing to support you, but does not drive perhaps them taking a Uber or Lyft home with you may be acceptable by the hospital.
@@livefreewithkee0619 Thank you 💕💞💖
What state are you in?
@@Meee_eee3 if that was for me im in Maryland... I had my vsg done on 11/1/23.
@@dwaconsulting1609 oh ok. I was gonna give you a ride if you needed one. Just didn't want you to be all by yourself when you might need some help.
Congratulations beautiful Queen 🌹
Glad to see you posting again too!
Thank you! I like that you are real and I am in a similar spot as you. I am down 95 to 100 pounds give or take with fluctuations and I am coming up on one year on September 19th. I struggle with snacking and enjoy eating with my daughter out to Asian foods etc. the struggle is real. I also wanted to be in onederland but I when I started at 397 I have to be real with myself too which is hard. I have a long way to go but will get there. Anyway, I’m just saying thank you for the realness and relatable-ness. May we continue to prosper on this never ending journey! You look great 👍🏾 ❤ btw I started therapy in which I shoulda done from the beginning for the mental health aspects of this all…so much I am finding out about myself there that is blocking me and now I feel like I can plow through those things and make more progress on this journey. Luv ya girl and wish you all the wellness. 🙌🏾
I also walked a ton and still do and started strength training which can be a kinda game too if you get gains from muscle …. You know…the scale moves up even for a good reason and there is a bad feeling…so crazy. Lol 😂
Congratulations on one year! Thank you for your kind words! I believe that the “work” doesn’t really start until after the first year. The first year is the honeymoon. We have to remember to be easy on ourselves though. We are doing a lot better than we were pre-surgery. Therapy is definitely going to be a game changer!
@@melissabarbee4255 absolutely agree that even when the scale goes up for a good reason it is still a bad feeling! 😩 I want to start personal training & focusing on strength. I’ll just have to keep remind myself that the number doesn’t matter, it’s the feeling that matters!
@@livefreewithkee0619 look up fitbymik. This girls videos work for me. She has a lot of doable moves with very little or no getting up and down from the ground which I still don’t like lol…I have a bad right ankle so some movements still harder for me but 99% of her stuff I can do very comfortably and feel worked just enough after.
We LOVE YOU Kee!!! Thank you for sharing this journey with us!!❤❤❤
Loved, loved, LOVED IT!! So excited to see yah back! Looking forward to your 1yr anniversary video! Know you have plenty to say!! ❤❤❤
Thank youuu!
Love this! You look amazing. What a journey this is. I’m only 3 weeks post op and very excited about the transformation. God is good you got this ♥️
@@LydiaBanton Amen. He is good indeed. Thank you very much for watching! Wishing you well on your journey.
I did my research about the gastric sleeve and the gastric bypass surgery for many years now ❤
💖💖💖💖
Yes that 2-3 week stall is mentally hard. I had researched it so knew about it and EVEN said I wouldn’t weight myself week 3. But omg experiencing it in real time was serious. I honestly was in my stall for week 3 and week 5 in December. January, I’ve been dropping weight no gaining or stalling. It’s such a weird process you HAVE to look at NSV and not just the scale for sure! Congrats!
The NSV are everything!! They keep me motivated.
You look amazing!
Thank you 💕
Congratulations 🎉❤ You’re glowing and your confidence is radiating 😊
Thank you so much!
What about bread/carbs? Any issue
I eat carbs & have no issues. I do try to keep my daily carbs under 30. I have had any issues with things like rice & bread.
Yellow heart
Loved your video. My surgery is 12/6-right around the corner. I’m going to watch your pre-op video next!
Yessss!!! Soooooo close. Congratulations!!! Thank you for supporting my channel.
Congratulations!
Love your energy ✨️
Thank you for the support!
❤congratulations you look awesome, I just had VSG 2 weeks ago I’m on soft food right now . Can you give me some idea recipes . Thank you 🙏 stay encouraged
Thank you so much for watching!!! I ate a lot of the same stuff during the soft foods phase. Mostly, tuna, eggs, and vegetarian meatballs.
I had mine on 10/6🎉my sleeve’s name is Pumpkin
Girl!! I was having those same victories and shock with you a few days ago!!! I’m in a 16 too and quickly moving into a 14. Idk how to act! It’s like I’m shocked, surprised, in disbelief, everything!
Congrats. You look great. I had mine on 10/04/2022. I been sick every day since I got home 2 days after. Nausea all day. When I started my journey I weighed 297. Surgery date 10/04 I weighed in at 263. I now a month in weigh 238. I’ve lost 25lbs since surgery. 59Ibs since start of program. I would be fine if I had no nausea. Thanks. 🙏🏾❤️
Congratulations on your surgery! I pray the Nausea subsided for you 💕
Let your Dr. Know. Doesnt seem normal after all this time. Good luck
How you doing first time checking out one of your videos but I'm getting ready to have my surgery next month so I'm going to be watching everything you post thanks in advance
Congratulations! Thank you for subscribing.
That’s great! How tall are you?
Congratulations!! I had Gastric Bypass on 10/31! Still in the full liquid stage.
Congratulations to you as well!!! Thanks for subscribing 💕
Congratulations!! I love how you explain, my gastric bypass surgery was on October 24, 2022, I only have 12 days and I am in stage 3 of purees. I am happy to go through this adventure to improve myself.
I had my surgery on Oct. 12, 2022, and it has been a struggle for me (not even going to lie). But I do want to tell you that it gets easier every day and I am realizing that as I go day to day. I feel like when I started pureed foods things started getting better. I get to move to soft foods on Thursday. Congratulations on your surgery! I wish you well through your journey.
@@jasminegoble4343Thank you very much, I started soft foods yesterday and the truth is I was a little scared but it has gone well so far and I hope to continue getting better every day and I am happy to have had the bypass surgery
@@mariapena4255 congratulations!! I had mine November 2nd of 2022.
Maria, how are you feeling? You're over a month postop!!!!
@@livefreewithkee0619 I had my own surgery November 2nd 2022. And I feel great! I had no pain whatsoever. Just soreness when I bend over.
Congratulations on everything! Weight loss! Non-scale victories! Self confidence! Deliverance from food addiction!! Just plain feeling good!!! I’m so happy for you!!! Thanks for sharing and always being transparent.
Congrats I’m one month post lose 20 so far I don’t see it but feel it 😊
Such an inspiration. My surgery is 1 month away. Im the same way, I’m a cute fat girl but i feel me being at a healthy weight will make me look even prettier and more confident.
Congrats Yveline on your surgery! I feel like I didn’t really start to “see” the weightloss until 3 months post op.
@@kokoalaska9888 Best of luck on your journey!
@@livefreewithkee0619 Thank you! You look beautiful by the way ❤️

Congratulations on your three month progress 🎉
Girl!! May the Lord bless you and keep you!!!! This vlog is what I have been looking for. The real real, thank you!!
Hi, Ms. Kee!
16!!! Woo Hoo! Yaasss Sis! I could instantly see the difference in your face from the title sequence to the start of the video. You are doing a wonderful job and I hope you feel as amazing as you look. I am wondering about your surgery wounds. I know everyone heals differently but I want to know what your experience was if you're comfortable sharing.
Thank you! My surgery scares are bearly there!! I’ll definitely be talking about that during my 3 month post op video.
So happy for you! You look AWESOME! ❤
Thank you!
So happy for you!!!!! Girl you tickled my soul 🤭🤭 the tinted windows!!! The yogurt 🤷🏻♀️😜!! But seriously you trying on clothes made my eyes water a little. What a blessing!! You go girl...with God's help 🙌🙌🙌
Thank you so much for watching! Yes, those were some funny moments
🎉🎉🎉
I haven’t stalled yet. I’m almost 1 month post op- this has been super hard. You have to be creative with your food. Try new things. I give myself 2 days to have a bowl movement- if not I drink prune juice don’t like the mlax.
Congrats on surgery! The first 4-6 weeks were the most difficult for me. Now that I have no food restrictions at 12 weeks postop things are a lot easier but it's very much trail and error
