In about June or July of 1980 , near Bloomingdale’s in Manhattan at about noon maybe , I observed this woman approaching in the distance . The street was thronged with people , but the woman was easily standing out because she was taller than most of the people in the crowd . As she got closer , her angular physique was striking - nothing but arms , legs , and lovely shoulder blades as the woman stalked past me , out in the middle of the street it seemed . It was Ann Turkel ! And amazingly , walking ten paces BEHIND Mrs. Turkel and not looking too happy was actor Richard Harris , who I guess was married to Ann at the time .

Liked him until he gave this interview.

In terms of the marriage between Ann Turkel and Richard Harris it only lasted 8 years 1974 - 1982

I remember in the late 70s she was in a Spy movie called death ray 2000 there is a scene were she knocks out 2 guards by hitting them in the chest!!! For a let's say passionate 13 yr old it was great!!!

Everybody loved Richard Harries, even his biggest enemies loved Richard, Even I loved Richard years after he stole my land and my best dog the film The Filed, I forgot the bad things he did, just because you have a big fight, a major falling out that is no a reason not to love Richard Harris

Cassandra crossing was a very good movie. They made some great disaster epics in the 1970s. This was definitely one of them. I think this movie was a Italian, British, American and West German co production a number of countries put their talents together to come with this terrific film. Now forgotten classic from the 1970s.

I knew they'd make it over the mountain, there's no way they'd kill the dog in the movie .

I can't believe George Peppard could give any kind of criticism towards Richard Harris, the best movies George had done were long gone and he would be reduced to playing on a mediocre t.v. show. Paul Williams stood his ground perfectly.
