Charleston Peak (11,916'), also known as Mount Charleston (this seems to more commonly refer to the community at the mountain's base and the high massif of the mountain generally, while "Charleston Peak" refers to the actual high point), is a highly prominent peak in the state of Nevada. With a prominence of 8,241', it is the most prominent peak in the state of Nevada and the 8th-most-prominent mountain in the lower 48 U.S. states.
