The game has so many "dailies" that you could literally take all day and still not finish all of the "dailies" there are to do. I really hope they stop with adding these and instead focus on new classes or more dynamic/interesting combat in the next updates/expas.

I really want to try trials (am at just over 700 CP) but have questions. Can you just join a random trial? I am a total loner and have no 'friends' in game. Also, do you really need a headset?

Best tip for new players is to not make anything your routine. Thats when it becomes a chore, and thats where you take breaks. And THATS where you lose the benefits!

It's technically not a daily, but there's several public dungeons that drop fragments, so those are something you'll want to farm daily too.

I personally REALLY hope our new yearly system is not JUST housing. I know people love it but it’s just not gunna be enough for me and some friends to come back/stay

What I'm looking for in ESO is an expansion of the scribing system, which should eventually replace traditional class design in the future. Instead of new classes, with limitations, ZOS should add new skill lines with passives, based on certain themes, akin to Arcanist, then fill out these skill lines with new scribing skills that can be fully customised based on what the individual player needs. The passives should be based around the new abilities being slotted rather than working for everything. The skill grimoires should be gained by playing the new episode, maybe exploring the whole zone and finding them in the public dungeon, and around the delves and world and from story content. I think this would be more fun than rolling a new character and leveling up the old fashioned way. Then the trials and dungeons can have cool skill styles for those new abilities. They should also keep adding new scribing skills for all of the existing classes that are class locked, to make alts more interesting, so that rather than creating one new character every 2 years, people always have a reason to play on all of their existing characters, if they wish to do so. I think this would solve one of ESO's worst issues, and allow more people to engage with new content on existing characters.

Omni in C tier is a travesty. I will never knock back an omni hunter in an LFG GM. It's a get out of wipe card, it's a skip this entire room card, it makes some mechanics a downright joke which reduces risk, it's infinite invis, it's free real estate. If the fireteam can sit safe behind cover while omni progresses the activity, sometimes despawning the entire room, I would call that support. It's a playstyle that sacrifices damage output for mostly support reasons when used correctly. It's S tier.

Daily Routine? I just do what looks fun and don't think too much about it.

If you have a daily routine in a game its not a game anymore its a job... stop it, get some help

Mothkeepers on prismatic for example. Put on dominance. You grenade blinds and jolts. You can also get ovwrshield. Combine with ex diris and you are constantly spawning moths from the weapon and from throwing grenades. It also gives 2 grenade charges. 1 grenade with 3 functions and respectable damage of around 20-25k. Not to mention ease of use as you dont even need to be accurate with your throws. The cooldown is also very low. Add the fragment for grenade heals and you stay alive on top of that. They also proc stylish executioner… On strand you can get 3 grenade charges. Tells me that you have not really played with them much and made a video without full information

At the moment I am having trouble doing everything on my 7 characters. Writs + dungeon + riding. It takes like two hours to finish everything and god forbid there is an event. The worst part that recently all the dungeons I get are DLC ones. They take forever to complete. Looking for an easier life.

You really shouldn't have a daily routine in an mmo, its the fastest way to addiction, burnout and it's what the company wants you to do. Log in every day, spend time, buff the numbers, build it into your daily routine. There is a reason why these dailies feel like a hassle most of the time. Don't push yourself into something you don't want. I'm not saying don't play eso, or dont do dailies, I do them too occasionally, when I feel like it, and still have most of the 'do this boring ass daily 30 times' achievement (though I've been playing for quite a few years now). Just don't force yourself, when you log in just to do your dailies, even if you are tired or don't want to play, it's a sign.

Warden dps was my very first character. Wood elf. Full on Druid/Ranger vibes depending on if she’s magicka or stamina at the time. Always the bear. She is my “do everything in the game” character. She’s going for the master crafter, she’s going to do every role, so she has a new build for healing. I’m trying to learn how to heal and not dps so my wife and I can get into random dungeons easier. You know, have more fun.

I would like to see more about the companion quests never heard of them and been playing for years?

ESO is a "massive, wonderful game..." Well, it's massive, for sure, but I feel like someone with Stockholm Syndrome for playing it, and the HUNDREDS of achievements for doing 30 daily jobs for some quest giver are a big reason why. I've got just 8 left to finish, and it's been exhausting, and NOT fun, which is supposed to be the point of video games.

Very nice overview, thanks for reminding about Dragonguard chest - tend to completely forget about it, especially when taking breaks from the game One other thing that I could add - Blackfeather court quests in clockwork city; you usually get ornate armor and carapaces/hides/etc while doing other dailies, so it's very quick to jump to CWC at the end of the routine, talk to the crow, and either complete the quest immediately or drop it if you don't have the items The gear is trash, but it is purple, so at least you have a chance to get purple mats and apostle/ebonshadow style mats on disassembly, and there's a chance to get ebonshadow style pages that are pretty and can be sold on guild store I usually do not bother with "steal cosmetics/utensils" quests, but if I get a 10-pack from a thieves throve I might launder it and leave it in the inventory as well

One arc of IA is just...too much time. That system is too much of a time sinc for the vast majority of the player base, even though of us who spend _entirely_ too much time in game.

Actually some good info I didn't know about. For the Dark Brotherhood NPC, I don't recall seeing an equipment option, but I haven't completed all the Dark Brotherhood questlines, so maybe it's related to that.

07:30 You must be out of your mind putting mothkeeper's in the support category and then you have to be smearing shit on your padded walls to put it in d tier. Especially on prismatic, use facet of dominance and the one that heals you for grenade kills. Your moths now blind and jolt, run gunpowder gamble and stylish executioner and the Ex Diris. I use this build because I don't like aiming or reloading. I use Withering Blade and dominate the battlefield and my teammates love me for giving them overshield and blind, jolted enemies to test guns on.

Do you have any recommendations for games that are fun for healers/supports? would be fun to see a list i know you've talked about ESO, DBD, OW, D2, TF2 and killing floor but would be fun to see if you have any other recomenations<3 some i've personally played in the past has been Valorant, Apex, BG3, FFXIV, Soulsborne games and monster hunter games although i dont know the current state of most of these

What I think is irrelevant. Groups want to do 1337 progging, and that is just not interesting to most of us.

edge of intent might as well have a permanent on the battlefield...where it's one of those pesky turrets that continuously shoots at you and you can put it on a wall or something and it'll shoot at you and it waits until the bullet reaches you, so you'll get healed more if you are closer...or a lumina turret...or heal with a shield over it...OR, gives a big bubble aura of increased max health?

4:43 absurdly wrong, fortnite already took out text chat on both pc and console years ago, destiny has text chat DISABLED on console by default, and other games even extraction shooters do not have text chat. nowdays industry is all about not letting people be toxic

Great vid. I used to love playing supports in so many games, but I've barely touched any games with roles like that since I've gotten into competitive fighting games, but this makes me want to go back and play some supports/healer!
