I think they should just buff the famas. The famas is probably the worst gun in the game that people actually use. I don't think the galil is too strong

I would personally nerf the galil very slightly and buff the famas. Also both m4 needs one shot headshot in very close range like aug. Makes absolutely no sense that I can do the same with a pistol but not with a rifle.

Great video, i too believe the galil needs some kind of nerf but i wouldnt touch the galil's damage ill target more the acurracy and recoil cooldown which in my opinion is what makes it way too strong, the galil is as precise as an m4a1-s and have very similar recoil cooldown and the same recoil distance, which should'nt be the case because it breaks the ct, vs t guns philosophy that being CT have more acurrate guns but deal less dmg and T having less acurracy but more dmg. What i would do try and balance this is first to swap the firing and crouching acurracy from the galil to the famas, nerf the overall recoil of the galil and make it more in tune with the ak but being more precise than the ak, nerf the recoil cooldown a bit and at last increase famas bullets to 30 and reduce the price to 1900.

i only ever played M4A4 when the asiimov skins were quite popular and even then only a short time.. but i guess its because i played alot cs 1.6 and CSS back in the day so the M4A4 to this day feels off for me but that personal preference.

When did the M4A1-S get introduced ? In my memory it was always there in CSGO lol (playing since 2013 or something). It's the M4A4 that was introduced later.

The introduction of the M4A1-S and USP was Valve basically admitting the mistake of not giving the CTs the silenced weapons they always had in CS, but instead of fixing the problem at its root, they tried to fix a mistake with another mistake by introducing the M4A1-S and USP side by side with the M4A4 and P2000. They should've just given the P2000 and M4A4 a silencer, or replace them entirely by the M4A1-S and USP (before skins were in the game). After skins this was no longer possible obviously, the endless pit of balancing both M4s was created and the P2000 was forgotten forever.

I took the AUG out and use both M4's, It's pretty nice to have the option for the rare case I can't afford M4A4 or if I want the suppressor for whatever reason

Wait, you can have both rifles in your loadout though. I dropped the AUG for both M4s. I usually go for A1s on the first buy round to make sure I have kit, then follow up with A4 when I have money. Price drops helps me keep the A4 up way more often though, (mostly cause I got a Daybreak for $10 years ago) and I'm very excited to get back to CS after 4 grueling years of valo hell LOL

M4A1s is better in 99% of scenarios, the lower recoil is a positive, the lack of tracers is a positive, the 4 bullet kill is a MASSIVE positive. It literally has the majority of the player base usage and most importantly the pros. So I honestly don't understand your conclusion that the M4a4 is better. It's your preference which is fine but definitely is at a disadvantage currently. Good video overall though.

You should learn counter strafing and stop moving or atleast crouch while shooting. Running and shooting makes the gun way less accurate and makes you play worse which is also why you kept missing shots.
