I'm was epee fencer, is it count as point even the button infront of epee sword doesn't click

Try a French grip!
Personally I never flick on shoulder. If you have to dive that deep, you should just lunge for more precision. I always aim my flicks between wrist and elbow for some harrasment. Personal preference I guess. Maybe in foil you can flick that deep since you dont have to worry about your own arm getting hit in the process.
You don't have to dive that deep. The video is showing flicks after parries. Which means these flicks are used when the opponent is moving forward.

Nouva Shenron the target area is different for each style of fencing foil: abdomen- where the lamé is epée: the whole body sabre: the upper body i fence epée so i’m not very well versed in the other two styles
i fence foil, in the metallic vest you can get hit in the whole back and over your shoulders :)
This is epee, the entire body is the target.
Foil = Hitting the bib is also valid but you must be in a certain category
