From my experience it helps a lot with wheelie coaster and stunts in general to use a lot your clutch, drop some tooth from the rear sproket

I never had that oil problem after a long wheelie with with SMC from 2010, but maybe it's a different for the newer models. Also my reason the 690 not perfect would be the weight. Even though it's quite low compared to other motorcycles, a competition bike like the WR or an EXC is even more fun to ride. But they have the disadvantage of high maintenance
