Maryland has good fishing places??. Um in Virginia..originally from Florida. Don't think I want to deal with Maryland fishing laws. From what I have seen. Not worth paying for an out of state license to catch bait

I usually come here once or twice a year to catch striped bass in the fall. Used to go more but gas prices are too expensive to justify 1 fish, since I'm from Richmond.

I have a lifetime pass to all Maryland parks, including Sandy point so cost is not an issue. You also don't have to sit in line if you have a kayak or boat. you go to the right lane. I just don't like the lack of choice is the fish on the Chesapeake. perch and striper is all I ever see.
